I signed up for their trial and cancelled 1 day after it expired. They refused to credit me the $400+ automatic registration- it was 1 day after the trial period ended. I sent a note and disputed it with my credit card. Exec Thread provided me with an email that it was cancelled but still CHARGED me the $400+ saying I could reinstate. NO offer to prorate. NO customer service.Their service is poor and I had to pay my credit card company to avoid late fee. HORRIBLEReview from Anna L

They charged for a full access even though I canceled the free trial. Had to dispute with my credit card.Review from Brett G

In theory they could add value - but they are at best anok job board aggregator with c*** content and make it difficult to cancel. I'll bet 30-40% of their subscription renewals are errors when people forget, then realize there are no refunds.

Hi ***** - thank you for sharing your thoughts. All of our executive level position are vetted by a quality control team and lead to live listings. In addition, we do not require an upgraded membership (i.e. all member can have a free account if they choose that is the best option for themselves). However, those that choose to upgrade can cancel at any time from their settings page.Review from Lisa B

Terrible customer service, difficult to deal with, had to file a complaint with ***** On top of that, the gated job opps aren't worth signing up for, you're better off sticking to standard job boards.
