I placed a review on here before approximately two months ago I don't see it . I guess because it was a negative review. The sales person for the Southeast failed to honor the previous contract. Even though he told me the previous worker had told him to look out for me. I would be getting in touch with them. Anytime I try to speak to corporate. It sends you right back to that same sales person who screwed me over. When I mentioned I was going to ************************ and I contacted the individual again. He said sarcastically so did you reach mister *********** For me, it was a seriously dishonest organization. They did not hold up to what we could agreed on , nor did they care to. Finally, the sales person let me speak to some lady. He said was your supervisor I spoke with her. E spending the situation I waited into this time. I have nothing in my email for any other type of deal to get to where the contract was. The previous worker had promised me 3 containers at a particular price with no time limit. Especially since the hurricane did get us here in *******, but the new salesperson refused to honor it. It's a shame this new gentleman runs mister ************ organization for him and represent him, Or at least he thinks he does because he found it funny that I was trying to reach mister ********** to talk to him about that problem and could not get anywhere with box hub. But once again, it's amazing that my complaint does not show up. Only one shows up from a lady. That was there back when I posted my first one. Since I have spoken to the Southeast area, sales person provides usp. I have not only bought one container, but within the next 2 weeks will be purchasing another. One period said ************************* I hope you enjoy the quality of this worker and the ability he has. Not to follow through on agreements in representing your companyBoxhub Inc. Response

*********, Thanks again for reaching out. We spoke over the phone not too long ago, and in our conversation I advised that the price of containers fluctuates weekly. In this case, without a purchase order, we aren't able to hold a container price for more that 48 hours. However, as mentioned on our phone call, I have your information and will contact you when/if the price dips to where it was last year. With things in the Suez Canal getting worse and the drought in the ****** Canal slowing vessels down, containers are on the water for much longer periods, which in turn drives up demand and thus container pricing. I will continue to look out for your price, and will contact you if I can secure a unit within those constraints. Thanks ***!Review from Lou D

Best in customer service hands down! I can't wait to have my 40 ft HC Cargo worthy container shipped to my property. I have no doubt that if I have any problems all I will have to do is pick up the phone and call them and they will make it right!********* is wonderful and has great attention to detail. ***** is great too and their supervisor **** should be thrilled with their professionalism and willingness to do the job correctly the first time.Review from Ken P

Carolyn M******* was very good to deal with. I had no trouble contacting her with questions or to discuss problems. She responded promptly and always had the issue rectified quickly. The one major issue was the shipper. They seemed to have had some internal communication problems. When my container arrived, it was on an inappropriate truck/trailer for my property. I sent videos that Carolyn was happy with, but the shipper never had their driver look at them. It would take over a week for the shipper to return with the proper truck and move my container the the desired location. Would just like to restate that Carolyn and her Boxhub team were top notch.Review from Dawn T

Awesome customer service!! We had to reschedule delivery the night before due to unexpected heavy rain. I emailed them at 10:30 pm and they changed it, no problem. Then we had to change container size due to road issues two days before final delivery. Again smoothly handled by customer service!! Highly recommend to anyone needing to purchase a container. Actual delivery went off without a hitch. ****** , the driver, was fantastic.Review from Charles L

Great experience working with Alex at BoxHub and the the driver, *************************************** took his time and made sure the container was exactly where I wanted it. I ordered 2 40 containers the first container showed up bright and early on a Friday morning the driver placed it right where I wanted and went over a check list making sure I was happy with the container - he said the other driver was sick so he would go back and load the second container and bring it out the same time on Saturday. It ended up being another driver who showed up at the promised time and I had to deal with another contractor so my ***** ended dealing with the placement and signing off on the container. The second driver did not do a check list with my ***** so by the time I got back over to them the driver had left and we opened the container up and the floor was destroyed with giant holes from a fork lift- I called to complain and was sent to costumer service and the Lady I dealt with worked with me and had another container sent out which was a huge hassle but she did her best with trying to make it right- I would deal with box hub again because the communication from sales to drivers and customer service was stop on and though it took a little time to get it sorted out they did not leave me hanging and they made good on a mistake.Review from John M

Ordered it on Tuesday and they delivered it the following Monday. The driver worked hard to place it where I wanted it. I had to remove a tree and slide the back end over 15 feet. Again not his fault he tried everything. I am very happy with the container. **********
