              HORRIBLE company! 8 months trying to get my package! "Manager" ******** is an arrogant and disrespectful! he told me to shut up! I filed a complaint with NYPD, local congressman's ******* and Federal trade Commission. Please do the same sot that this company is held responsible for their incompetence. Their ******** advertisement states they guarantee 100% reimbursement for lost items. I have not received a dime after 8 months! I will be taking them to court. If you have had a problem with them, you should do the same steps. This company is under new management, and they are horrible. Sad to see a legacy of 40 years be destroyed by such incompetent people.
