      On Sat May 20, at ********************************************** I bought 6 chicken wings at KFC & was over-charged. The previous week I had been charged $3.24 for 2 wings, yet when I ordered a week later, at 1st. 10 wings were going to be $20, then when I asked for 8 wings the charges was still $20. Upon asking for 6 wings, the charge was still $20. This was thoroughly inconsistent & confusing. Upon asking the manager to explain how the price can change x4 for the same item, he mentioned that it does that all the time. That felt inconsistent & dishonest. I have no issue paying for my order, but I would appreciate being charged the correct amount.

      On Thursday, December 15, at 3:24, I picked up my order from KFC. When I approached the counter, I said I was picking up an order and provided my name. When they gave me my order I looked into the bag to make sure everything was thereI ordered a combo of chicken tenders, fries, soda and a waterhowever, the water wasnt there and no one mentioned it. When I did mention it to an employee, they told me they had no water at all. One employee did want to give me a cup of water but I said no. When I sat down with my three year old son to eat, he said he wanted water so I went back up again to ask for the cup of water instead. However, the employees and managerhe had a different uniformtold me there was no water at all and I told them that a previous employee offered me a cup of water and they said no, that there is no water at all. Instead, I asked for a cup so I can at least put juice for my sonsince I had paid for the bottle of water that was out of stockand they said no that there was no juice as well. Sad with their response I sat back down and told my son to finish eating so we can go outside and buy him something to drink. A few minutes later, a customer who had been eavesdropping, got up and went where the fountain drinks were and he approached me and said that there actually was water and juice. I felt very angry towards the employees and managers there because they denied me a cup of water for my three year old son. They knew in fact, that they had juice and even ice tea and they did not offer to give me anything of that. Very horrible experience. I called customer service and they only refunded me for the water and I asked if they could refund me for the whole order which came out to ***** because of that horrible experience. Nobody should be denied a cup of water or juice, especially for a child.
