      Ordered from them, two minutes later I realized Im allergic to their ingredients, so I reached out two minutes after my order. They just have automated emails I have since emailed them 12 times I called PayPal. They gave me a phone number for Catalina and it is a nonworking number.You cant get in touch with these people

      Catalina Snacks offers subscriptions for their products. When my subscription was due to renew, I received an SMS message from the company notifying me and asking if I wanted it to process, delay it or skip it. I chose the option to skip it. The company processed the order anyway. I sent an email to customer service and they would not cancel the order nor refund it. They would not take any responsibility for processing the order that I confirmed on time that I wanted to skip, despite me sending the screenshot as proof. The customer service rep was unhelpful, refused to escalate the matter, and said there was nothing they could do. This is entirely unacceptable. When a customer uses one of the companys provided mechanisms (SMS) to manage their order and the company fails to then manage it properly, the company is in the wrong and is responsible for rectifying the issue with the customer. I am owed the money for this order I did not authorize. And this company is responsible for improving its operations and service.

      Catalina emailed me saying not to eat the snacks I ordered and paid for and once I provide proof of purchase, which I did and they approved of, they would give me a refund. They never gave me a refund. I have all of the emails saved showing proof that they said they would give me a refund but then they changed their mind and said they wouldnt. Bullshit! Lying assholes!

      Have tried to call and email Catalina Crunch for 2 months to cancel my subscription. They will not respond and I keep getting shipments. Their product is not that good and I want to cancel. Is my only option to cancel my credit card? Thank you.

      I ordered cookies from this company several months ago and I received them. Two days ago I received an email stating that my cookies were on the way. I tried to contact the company several times via email and phone to tell them that that I did not place this order and I do not want the cookies what should I do with them when they arrive. I have been unable to contact a life person nor has anyone responded to my emails. I want my money back and I dont want to receive any more cookies we are talking about $39

      This company is refusing to refund $98 dollars after I told them not to ship their product and that I wanted to cancel auto ship. They shipped the product anyway so I refused delivery and still have not received a refund.

      I placed an order for cereal and it was charged on March 1 2022. It was for 2 to 3 day shipment as well. My son whom it is ordered for developed some severe gastric and behavioral symptoms after. I let them know via email I was checking if it was the cereal and if so it will not be needed. They declined refund. I also noticed this package isn't even sent so asked to please simply cancel this order and then refund. They state today it was sent yesterday. I checked with **** and that's false. It is not sent! I just want this all cancelled and funds returned. We no longer will use the cereal.

      I ordered an item 07/12/21 abd was told I would receive my item on the 07/18/21 abd after sending them emails on my item not being able to be tracked or my package hasnt been delivered I messaged the about 4 times before someone got back to me and told me today 07/20/21 that my item got lost in translation in which I wanted my money back and didnt want the order anymore and they will not give me my money back and is trying to reship my item which I do not want now and I want my money back ASAP
