      They changed the terms of their Premier subscription, sending an email stating they will refund anyone who chats to customer service.Their customer service will not respond. They keep saying they have escalated this issue with the team and then the chat cuts off.This is predatory. Changing the terms of a purchased product (ASOS Premier) should not be allowed until you renew. This is really upsetting as they will not refund me as promised.Don't purchase premier. It's not worth it at all anymore.

      Great website for ordering many different things, great prices as well. If you are ordering from ****** BUYER BEWARE. DUTY PRICES ARE INSANE, $50 PLUS!!!!!A 15% discount is offered to Canadians as well, so don't forget to use that coupon offered on the website. Returns might also cost you some money, so make sure you are certain about the item before ordering

      I was issued a refund from Asos. I never received the refund, since I replaced my missing debit card. I contacted the bank and confirmed the refund was declined and canceled by the merchant because of the card being closed. I reached out to ASOS customer care twice regarding the issue and they kept repeating the same thing. Check with your bank, the payment was processed from our end. I am very disapointed that after confirming several times with my bank the amount was sent back to asos and never posted on my account due to the merchant declining. I recommend to not give asos your money! beware

      Asos cancelled my order stating that it didn't pass their validation check (whatever that means) and then they blocked my account without any notice to me or any suspicious activity reported on my card. I tried to get in touch with them numerous times and the live chat agents is the only way to get customer service. The agents kept telling me that they couldn't help me and I need to follow instructions in the email they sent me. I told them numerous times that I never received the email from them letting me know I was blocked. They just kept regurgitating the same message over and over again until I gave up. I gave shopped with them for years with no issues. This has soured that customer relationship. I will never shop with them again. There is no live person to even speak to about any issues. Truly disappointed in the lack of proper customer service and resolution. Terrible company to do business with. Never again.

      ASOS is shady I have used them for years and when you click on learn more under asos premiere it shows its ***** and when I purchased it charged me *****. I contacted customer service and they basically made me feel stupid and gaslit me. Shady business shouldnt be allowed

      Good company until it isn't. I ordered a dress. It was never delivered per FED EX. Fed Ex clearly states the package was never delivered. Take Fed Ex's word. Not mine.Nonetheless, they refused to send a new dress, give me a credit or a refund. As I only had 1 day to contact them. Estimated delivery date: March 6. Policy states "must wait 30 days after estimated delivery date to contact us to voice a complaint." So I contacted them April 23 and by that time it was "TOO LATE"...Ridiculous policy.

      I bought some shoes early December and noticed that the package had been pending acceptance at *** for 2 weeks. I contacted asos and asked for a refund as I believed the shoes were lost. the company kept saying to wait one more day as *** promised the shoes were coming the day of and was promised a refund if they did not show. So I waited for an additional week and explained the situation to a different worker and let the worker know that the previous worker told me they would refund me if I never got my shoes. It has been almost 2 months and Im still waiting on the shoes. And unfortunately never got my money back. So i paid for shoes, didnt get them. Asked for a refund and have been denied it for idk why. ASOS scammed me and took my money. The most unprofessional and money hungry company ever. Do not buy from them. Rate: -10000/10

      I ordered a size 7.5 shoe. I received a 7 and tgeres absolutely no customer service. It's all automated live chats. Not a single number exists to speak to a person. And now I have to pay to return, and pay sales tax on an item I never received. That seems wrong.

      If they send you the wrong item, there is no way for you to get the right item swapped out. Instead, you have to return the wrong item and reorder the right item. That means you have to pay shipping again. Essentially, paying $7 (cheapest) twice for one item. There are no other paths and there are no other ways to talk to someone about this issue. This company shouldnt be allowed to operate.

      I ordered a pair of **** Metcons from them since they were the only store that had the color i wanted in my size. I got the last ones in stock. They sent me shoes that had stains on them and looked like they were worn/ used. I reached out to ASOS regarding the matter and they told me my only option was to return them and wait for them to be restocked...which these shoes had NO plans of being restocked. I wanted to keep them since they're what I wanted and I could clean them. I asked ASOS for a partial refund due to the shoes being damaged/ stained and they told me all I can do is return them. Bad customer service. You also can't speak to anyone on the phone its all by chat which is inconvenient because things get lost in translation.
