      I bought a sweater and a dress (Order #********) and received them on 6/7/24. The dress didn't fit, and seemed bizarrely large for a size 12. I requested a return shipping label and had a run-around before receiving that. Put the package in the mail on 6/10/24. As of 6/24/24, the ** tracking says "delivered to agent" (whatever that means). I'm still waiting for a refund for an incorrectly sized dress that there's no way I could have worn. In addition, they will deduct $7 from my refund, if they *ever* process my refund. It seems that every step in this process has been designed to be slow and inconvenient, no doubt so they can keep customers' money as long as possible. I will never buy from this company again, but others should be warned.

      Brooks Brothers Factory outlets sell inferior shirts. This isn't disclosed anywhere in the store and the sales staff doesn't either (they have no incentive too). Example: Instead of selling sleeve lengths of size 34 or 35 they package a hybrid 34/35 with two buttons. I didn't find this out until I researched it online, where they explain it - and now have to figure out how to return the product. Brooks Brothers should be required to disclose differences in their products from their main stores. FTC should similarly investigate all the brands who use outlet stores to sell different products rather than unsold inventory of main line, and fine them for concealment.

      Unreasonable and borderline predatory online return/exchange policy. I now have $1600 in unworn brand new condition suits that dont fit me, and they refuse to offer any accommodation. After 60 days they claim there is nothing they can do. All I ask is for store credit exchange, but they refused. Again, items are unworn and brand new, not seasonal ***********. They also place limitations on reselling their clothing, so you are made to worry that you will be targeted further by the company if you attempt to recoup your losses through resale. Zero customer service, zero stars, zero chance I ever step foot or spend another ***** with the brand again.

      Got a bad feeling but since they are close I went&got a washer and dryer. Staff were nice but others were rude. The washer was good but the dryer wasnt. They replaced it with no problem so when the time came I had no problem paying the $120 extended warranty.They came a few times b/c I was having issues with the washer but they didnt replace it &I found myself arguing with the ladies at the desk&others about the issues. The washer worked but it didnt rinse out the clothes. I paid the extended warranty every 6 months but once COVID happen and I called complaining about the same issue as before they stated to call back in a few weeks because they werent able to come out I let the lady know ** moving and she says thats fine. I move and call back to have someone fix the issue. They take the whole machine apart and say they they cant fix the issue but they will replace it. I get a call stating that they will not honor the warranty I paid for b/c I moved&the washer could have been damaged in the move and that I should have told them I was moving. I spoke with some man I believe to be the owner and I told him no where in the terms and conditions it states that. He still would not replace the washer even tho they keep a list of repairs and service request so they know this issue has been going on for awhile& that I was unsatisfied with them not fixing it or replacing because they stated the washer was fine. I should have done more but the washer was still working so I let it be. I feel played me. I asked the owner for a refund of my extended warranty since I couldnt use it. I even asked if they could take the washer& give money off a new one but they refused. Luckily I got a call back&they gave me the refund for my extended warranty. I feel like it was just cheaper to give $120 back then actually helping a customer. Then he acted as if he was doing me a favor when I explained that if I cant use my warranty then why do you feel you should keep my money.

      Ordered three shirts for my son with two day shipping for Christmas. The website said the good were in stock and I paid extra for the shipping. After two days I called the customer service department and they said it had not shipped yet from the vendor (Obviously they lied about it being in stock). They told me the two days is only applicable once it ships and they don't know when it will ship. They also can't cancel the order so now I will get the goods after Christmas and pay extra for the shipping only to return it. Poor company, poor quality, poor service

      Even though their clothing is somewhat quality, do not buy online nor trust their returns policy , it has been 22 days since I returned merchandise purchased at the airport store. I followed all the instructions to return the items. I have been confirmed that the items were received. Yet 22 days since that confirmation and they have not processed the result for over $240. If you email them , you only get an auto reply saying they are waiting for management approval no call backs no follow up. They will just keep your money. No apologies nor a call from their HQ . I have called several times and the answer is the same ! Thieves is what they are !!!!

      Responded to a marketing email on December 21 advertising delivery before Christmas with paid overnight shipping. Placed order. Evening of 22nd, I called for status. Was told that it is scheduled to ship on December 24th. Requested cancellation. They refused. Now I have to go *****************, then wait for the stuff to arrive on December 26th and return it.

      Worst company to deal with. Ordered a shirt 11/25/2022. The website did not state back order, out of stock, waitlist, etc. Indicated that it was available. As of today, the shirt still has not arrived. Contacted customer service and spent over an hour and a half on the phone to find out why it will take over a month to a receive a shirt that was available on line. First customer service rep was pleasant (*****) and tried her best to fix the problem. Her supervisor ***** was horrible! Unapologetic, curt, and rude! She was robotic stating the facts: shirt isn't available and will ship Christmas day. My email from Brooks Brothers states the shirt is shipping on the 23rd. So erroneous information again and a MONTH after ordering The tracking number that is on my account doesn't exist at *****. The supervisor said that it would ship Christmas Day but couldn't guarantee that either. Transparency from a company is important. Brooks Brothers is anything but transparent. To imply a product is available on their website when, in fact, it is not is deceitful. To suggest to customers, if you order a product from us, you will get in a timely fashion is false. Had I know it would have taken over a month to receive the item ordered, I would have not ordered it! Brooks Brothers use to be an upstanding company with great customer service and a loyal following. Definitely not the same company or business that it used to be. This will be my last time ordering from them.

      One of worst service on return items.They have any reduced price/clearance items, that are not returnable.They wont let you trail those shirts and pants.All those pants and shirts are real garbage. Dont ever try those; nothing will fit and they will not allow to exchange as well.Very poor policy on those. Never get cheated.**Trail shirts vs actual shirts never match. They measure and suggest the worst size for you.Reputed brand cheating public like this.

      Recently bought three suits in Manchester *******. Put on suit and went to work and clasp on pants came off almost immediately. Looking at it the teeth of the clasp were all bent and defective. Called Manchester store and they said happy to exchange pants, but since we live in ************* they suggested going to ************* store my wife went to ******** (45 minute drive there). The manager refused to exchange the pants since they had been worn. Suggested that they I probably didn't know my waist size and popped the clasp. The said take it to a tailor and pay to have them sewn and thought it was ridiculous that we wanted them to exchange pants that I had worn just the day the clasp came off. So the manager was rude, demeaning and the Manchester store told us this was not the company policy and said they were sorry.Been shopping for my suits at Brooks Brothers since ****. Never again, They do not stand behind their products and the ******** MANAGER didn't care about the customer in the least.
