      I bought a $600 sweater as a Christmas gift for my husband and he ultimately decided he couldnt pull off the style. I returned the sweater within the return window and almost a month later - they still havent refunded me. *** even called to ask about the refund and he replied he would refund me that week - its been two weeks since that call and still no refund. It almost feels like he doesnt have the money to refund me. Very strange and super unprofessional.

      Placed a order(#*****) with Coogi on July 12th. in the amount of $506.00 that included a Mixed fleece hoodie and a block logo T-shirt, received order on July 19th. both items were too small, on the afternoon of July 19th. I send a email to ****************************************** stating i would like to exchange the items for mediums, received a email from *************************** on 20 July stating, an exchange wouldn't be a issue, however they didn't have medium would i accept large sizes, I replied back that a large in both items would be fine, since that exchange I have not received any contact from ******************** or ***************************(*********************************), everyday I check my spam/junk and trash email, no contact. I don't want my money back, I just need the items exchanged for large in both items.

      12/16 my daughter ordered a Coogi fleece for her dad , that she worked really hard for $295 plus tax for shipping which she ordered it to small I reached out 12/26 to sender they then texted back at 11:30 pm I thought that was weird considering a business in the Us texting that late,I was willing to just order another and settle but then that will be $600 plus of an loss, my daughter is sad because her dad doesnt have his Christmas gift that she worked really hard to get him something he liked , we just want an even exchange ,but they keep saying check your spam I havent received anything, they would text then fall off for days and when I call they will text and say oh we sent the shipping label did u get it emailed? I havent gotten anything and it feels like we are being played and looking at the reviews it seem like we shouldnt have even ordered from them

      I spoke with someone several of times three text messages and first he lied said it was sent off then he claiming he lost my paperwork they are scammers and they need to be shut down

      I wanted to exchange both sweater. I am in need of a bigger size 4XL for both fleece crew neck. Per their exchange policy they needed to provide a prepaid return label for this exchange. Order #*****. I emailed multiple time and the number listed ************, first there was no answerer and you could not leave a message NOW it is out of service. I brought two 2xl sweater, which are very nice but they are too small. Viewing the other complaints I and requesting a full refund of $570. *** tracking number: ****************** for the package

      The mail carrier for my package misplaced my package and when they found it they returned to the shipper/sender Coogi on Tuesday November 22, 2022. I have reached out by phone and email to get a refund or my order sent back out. And have gotten no response. At this point I just want a refund but I cant seem to reach someone to do this. The sweater I ordered from ********* is $690 sweater and now I am out of a sweater and money. I have the confirmation from *** that ********* received the order that I was supposed to receive. And they have not reached out or contacted me except one time when I called I got a text response to text them. And I never received a text back. I dont know whats the next course or action but I would like a refund. ********* seems to have unethical business practices and I wish I would have read the other complaints before ordering.

      Items returned and never received a refund. Contacted merchant numerous times through email and phone no response. Now a third party holding me liable for returned items. *** never received a refund and the merchant contacted me by email asking what method of payment Im recommending. My response refund. Its been two months and still no refund. Attached proof of return, **** tracking and emails. Bad business and very unprofessional. This company ignoring my emails and calls, received merchandise and not refunding for return items.

      I purchased a hoodie that is too small and would like to get another size or something different. *** emailed got a response telling me they sent out a return label but nothing was sent Ive emailed everyday for 7 days Ive called and tried to leave message to get that it is full. I believe this is a fraudulent company as I see the same complaints from others. All I want now is to return and get a refund. *** asked for a address cant even get that to return. Ive ****** the address and one is a empty lot the other is at *********************. Something is not right with the company. The sweaters and such are a great company but this site doesnt seem to be legit. Buyer beware !

      I bought a pair of $225 joggers from coogi and they arrived with a hole in them. I tried calling coogi to no surprise no answer. I then have been emailing them everyday for the past 4 days about the problem as there website states if there is any problems with the product there is a 30 day money back guarantee. I have not heard back from coogi... I feel like I was scammed and I ordered the pants from Coogis website. It's incredible to me how unprofessional this company is and the non existent customer service. I'm not even asking them for a refund either I simply want a pair of pants that don't have a hole in them. The clothes are not cheap, there is no reason they should ship out pants with holes in them for the premium price you pay for them.

      On 5/22/22 I placed a order for a pair of sneakers from Coogi. No issues until I received my product order#***** for the amount of $350. My shoes had a defect (light yellow stain) on the sole. Seem like it came from the production of the shoe. My shoes shipped as expected as far as time frame. I emailed Coogi support team of my issues on the same date of delivery 5/24/22 no one got back to me. I tried calling multiple times and the phone rings and no answer also no prompts by there system to assist. A rep ended up getting back to me and I told him that I want to return the shoes and get a full refund. He assisted with getting me a return label. My shoes were returned back and delivered on 6/11/22. I have not been provided with any updates about my refund. I have reached out a few times via phone and email still nothing . Lastly I do not see any expectations as far as time frame on their website about returns for customers. So with poor customer service and lack of communication I am becoming frustrated. Its been over a month since I made the purchase. I would like my money back asap and communication from Coogi. This is basic customer experience expectations.
