      I live in a building that experiences a huge amount of package theft. With this being said, I avoid having anything shipped here as the scum of the earth will take it for their own.I have been ordering products from drjays for years and with the recent spate of packages thefts was able to have items sent to me via *** so long as I requested "Hold for Delivery" option when ordering. This allowed me to receive my shipments quickly.On my most recent order ********, I contacted customer service the moment i placed and order and gave them the order number to have the *** hold put on the package. I paid the additional shipping costs for *** and was satisfied at that point.I received a message on Jan 26 that *** was delivering the package early ....the only problem was, they took the "initiative" to DECLINE my hold for pickup request and place the items in my building hallways in an area ideal for thieves to effortlessly pickup and abscond with.This is what the ** told me from drjays. That *** decided "screw this guy we will deliver however we want to deliver". I am obviously irate as I have not received my items and have been treated as though I am a victim just here to be taken advantage of by the corporate thieves at these 2 companies.I DEMAND COMPENSATION for my order as this is a clear case of breach of contract by *** or negligence by drjays.com. Either way someone should be held criminally accountable.

We are happy to provide a store credit or refund for the missing items in the amount of $138.17. Store credit never expires and is automatically applied to your next order.       After having waited a week, and following the shipping/tracking process of *** for said package, there had been no change as to the tracking and so I contacted *** several times to confirm the status and each time was told that they never received the package from the Sender and were awaiting for someone within the company to contact them for pickup. I made contact several times to sender informing them of the response from *** and was basically given the run around and was told the package had been shipped but, in fact it had not because *** confirmed via tracking that there was no package. Since said sender did not work to resolve same in a more timely manner rather than telling me I had to wait until September 1st of which they knew the package had never been sent, there is only one solution refunding my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They only filed a so-call complaint with *** after my numerous calls so I am done with them. Just return my money immediately or I will contact my bank to dispute same forwarding there stupid investigation complaint to my bank as my proof of not receiving said items!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
