      I place an order for two blouses in XL order number:#**********I received the rose blouse in the correct size but the black button up lace shirt came in size XS. I went to *** and sent the black blouse back . I wrote an email asking that you send me the black blouse in size XL, but never received an answer . Tried to call customer service but no response.Please send me the black blouse in the correct size or refund the money

      I purchased a suit jacket in late October and the company sent me the wrong item. Order number ********. The company then re-sent me the correct suit jacket in beginning of November, and it was too small Order number ********. I shipped it back to them with the return label that the company provided me, and it has been over a month and I have not received a refund for this nearly $300 order. Every time that I email customer service I dont receive a response. I have tried emailing them and calling them at least a half dozen times, they have ignored every single attempt. I want my money back. This is fraud.

My problem: I returned two pieces of clothing but only received a refund for one piece of clothing and no refund for the other one. No gift card refunds were received. 2,Order:*******. Date:January 08 2022. My problem: The Vichi long sleeve white shirt. the material of the fabric does not match the description. It's not 100% cotton.3, Did not receive the full amount of gift cards. The seller promised in February that the gift cards would be counted and delivered, but they have yet to be delivered.

      $63.15 went back to your gift card. I just resent the gift card again.

      $128.72 was refunded to your original form of payment with shop pay.

      I purchased a coat from *** Tahari on Nov 28, 2021 online order number *******. The coat is :Tahari **** Double Face Wool Coat Deep Charcoal / S The coat arrived Dec 6 except they sent the wrong color. They sent me the coat in deep teal instead of the deep charcoal that I ordered. I have called and requested a refund and a return label for sending the incorrect color but they do not answer the phone or return emails. I was able to put in a refund request online number RMA# ******** explaining that they sent the incorrect item. today December 08, they rejected the refund request explaining that all sales are final despite the fact that they sent me the incorrect item.
