      It seems like hunterrainboots.com is not a real website. They require you create an account to make a purchase with your address, which is sketchy already, and then come to find out you can't actually order anything. Fortunately didnt seem to request credit card info before it errored out, but they have my name and address. :/

      I received a pair of Hunter Boots that were a quilted pattern The seam tore on boots I have tried many times to get in contact with the company and have failed They kept changing their address

      I purchased a pair of boots in the size I normally wear in the brand. When it finally rained and I went to wear them, I discovered that the left boot is an entire size smaller than the right despite being labelled as the same size. I contacted the company but they are refusing to do anything about it as I didnt report the problem within 7 days of receiving the boots. Despite this being an obvious problem in manufacturing, and certainly no fault of my own, they are refusing to return the boots or even exchange them for a wearable pair. They supposedly have a 2 year warranty but are refusing to address the problem under this avenue either. As far as I am concerned, this is theft. The company sold an item that should have come as a pair of boots in the same size. This was not the case but they have happily kept the $200 and have left me with a pair of boots that cannot be worn nor donated as the size difference is so significant that they will not fit anyone. I have never had such an appalling experience with a company before and will never shop there again.

      Wont refund me or give updates on return after the return was delivered almost six weeks ago. **************** is horrible, keep getting excuses that their system is down and that they will open an investigation, when in fact I already opened one and did not get an update. Complete disgrace.

      This company actually fraudulently charged my credit card. I was to receive a credit and they recharged my card. It's been 90 days with no resolution from them. They claim I'll get a call or an email or that it will be taken care of and how sorry they are. A VERY BAD COMPANY. I will never purchase anything from them again. Be warned, their customer service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. AND, they will charge you for items they should have credited you for... just because!

      Their customer service is awful. They are not picking up phones, although it states right on their official website they are working from home, are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, and they "aim to reply" within ***** hours. I have dealt with different representatives through their "chat" option. They put the incorrect address. This should be a simple fix. I contacted them right after the order, to get my order number, a label wasn't created. They told me *** was delivering, then I received an email stating ****** They told me ***** and *** work together. No. They are competitors. They promised to escalate my issue to an "internal team" Well if there is a "team" and everyone is working from home, why is it taking so long? I was told I may not get my product. I asked for a refund and they advised no. I have to take additional steps. Do not purchase directly from Hunter. The past three days have been awful.

      Utterly ridiculous they blamed the *** because the order was returned to them yet I sent the correct mailing address and validated that - Then they say -We can confirm the address you provided us was the address we also provided ***, which was as followed:"***"Unfortunately, *** were not able to find your address with the address provided, therefore they have rerouted to package to be returned to us. Once we have quarantined and processed your return back into our warehouse, you will receive confirmation of this via email and in turn, your refund will be issued -Then I say - I just want my order ASAP I am confused and concerned this location is my business address and it is iconic and Downtown *************** *** comes here daily so how could this be? I simply want my order and a discount for this horrific holiday mishap -Then They say - ******************* you for your response. Firstly, we do apologise for the inconvenience that this situation has caused. To proceed we would be happy to reship your items. Please just confirm where you want us to ship your order and we will process this request. Then I Give the address - (AGAIN)Then They say - Thanks for you response.Unfortunately we cannot provide next day delivery at this time. Due to low stock we also no longer have the Nylon Pioneer Top Clip Backpack, because of this we would like to offer a full refund for the order and apply the original discount that was on the order. We look forward to hearing back from you so we can assist you further. Then I say EXCUSE ME - This was a gift! Please send ASAP - this is ridiculous I did NOT SAY TO CANCEL THIS ORDER!What a MESS - PLEASE HAVE A MANAGER CONTACT ME - I WANT THIS ON RECORD ARE YOU USING ROBOTS TO ANSWER YOUR INQUIRIES SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG HERE?So we try it yet again - delivery was due yesterday!!! Haaaahaaaa same problem at this point it is funny!!!!

      Long story short, I paid for two pairs (exactly the same), they only packed one and put something else in it. The outer box was big, I never thought there could be one pair short in packing. Opened it after a while (the return window is closed as they said.), the customer service says, nothing they can do, they have an internal investigation team working with the warehouse team, but it has been too long and they are not able to verify. (the fact is they don't want to verify) I asked so because your warehouse people made a mistake I found it later, you just eat my money. They replied as sorry, I understand but no further assistance can be offered. DISGUSTING!!!!!! This is my first and last time dealing with this brand. I work in retail as well, never see my company treat customers this way.
