      They didnt send me one of my items in my package and are refusing to credit me despite me notifying them the item was missing. They also decided to charge a $7 return fee after that fact without stating so prior. The return page showed a $0 return cost. I have a screenshot to prove it and the customer associate acted like I made up the entire thing, then told me that someone told me to place my order over the phone? What? Then I asked for my exchange to be canceled and informed me that they cant cancel it but I can return it for another fee. No wonder I have been hearing about all the false advertising lawsuits with this company!

      False advertising on their website. They showed products sold on Madewell's website but via partner sellers, and took 0 accountability for providing information on the partner seller or the partner seller's policies. For the item I purchased, they ended up not disclosing: how to proceed with a return refund with partner ******* in general; the partner seller's contact information, website, or general policy; that the item was actually final sale. I found out that the item was final sale AFTER my payment, and I had to directly reach out to Madewell customer service to find any information on the partner seller.

      Awful business, made me spend 3 hours on various phone calls and $20 trying to reroute a package and still wasnt able to reroute. Will never shop here again.

      J Crew used to be one of my favorite online shopping sites, for myself and my family. I will never shop there again. I placed an order and it hadn't shipped in over 10 days. When I tried to cancel it I was told that an order can only be canceled with 48 hours of placing it! Ridiculous! PS it still hasn't shipped!

      This used to be one of my favorite stores, but everything about the company has deteriorated over the years. Aside from the quality, the ** Crew return policy is offensive! Not only do you have only 30 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE, and they take their sweet time (a week in my case) to actually mail your package, but they CHARGE you to send your items back. Who the h*** is in charge these days? You ask for people to pay luxury prices for mediocre quality clothing and below sub par customer service and customer service policies.

      Return policy is a scam. I sent the items back two weeks before the 30 days were up and they said that wasn't enough time to process it on their end. How is that in my control?

      I spent 1.5 hrs trying to place and order and beefed up having to call customer service to get it placed. I had used a combination of a coupon and money and a week later got an email that my package will ship out soon. It never came so I contacted the company twice. They finally told me that they See it never shipped out and dont actually have the item in stock... like they just werent going to tell me the items I ordered Werent coming to me and I had paid for them. Thats stealing.. Taking someones money and not delivering on it... They did not re send me my $25 coupon and it wasted a ton of my time.

      If you shop at J. Crew you can not get a printed receipt - you are forced to give your email or forfeit any proof of purchase.This is fraudulent business practice to sell our information. I would like a printed paper receipt for book keeping.I will not shop at this store and I believe this is not legal and certainly is terrible customer service.
