I would have given no stars if that were possible. The companys business practices are questionable. I ordered a pair of moccasins, the order was placed without applying the eligible coupon and an order number was not generated. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. No option on the website to do this automatically. I had to send an email, which prompted a response that I would hear back in 5-7 days. By the time I heard back, the item was already shipped. I asked for a full refund and a return label. Upon return of bye item, I did receive a refund of $67.28 however I paid $82.76 for the item. I had to contact them again and received an automated email with the same response Associate will get back to you as soon as possible. It can take 5 7 business days for your request to be handled. Our office hours are Monday Friday, 9 am 5 pm EST. Buyer beware, Jack Rogers USA does not care about customer satisfaction and its business practices are beyond questionable.Review from Maryanne L

I ordered a pair of sandals from them. It's so impossible to process a return!! They do not publish a customer service telephone number!! The online return process is so difficult. They want me to purchase something else. I don't want to and from there I'm stuck.I will never purchase from them again. Their shoes are totally overrated.Review from Robert L

Internet sales page lists ******** address. Ordered a pair of nice looking fur lined leather winter boots. Received a pair of plastic boots from *****. They asked us to mail boots back to them in ***** (which costs more than the boots cost but added that most packages sent to them get lost in the mail so it would be better to accept a 10% refund and call it even! Scam, Scam, Scam!
