Lacoste sends clothes that look good until you wash them: three expensive items I received were extremely damaged after washing them separately, even while I carefully followed their care instructions. When I attempted a return, I had to spend hours on the phone dealing with representatives who functioned within a wrongful bureaucratic framework that left me with zero items in my possession. My spent money, however, was in theirs! One rep told me to return all damaged items for a full credit. After doing this like a diligent customer, the next rep told me they would issue a partial conditional credit for one item. This is called stealing. Inconsistent to their word and intransigent to rectifying this indisputable theft of my money, Lacoste quite literally scammed me. I had to return all my items and ended up with no refund and a conditional credit so meager, it didn't even cover half the value of the damaged order ($71 for $154+ of damaged goods!) This could not even finance the average item in Lacoste's store, let alone one commensurate to the value I paid for ultimately zero items. I was an articulate customer with a calm, respectful, patient, and receptive disposition. I expected the bare minimum, and what I received was dishonest customer support, endless obfuscation, massive drainage of my time, and profound disrespect by Lacoste overall.In short, I was sent three unwashable items that became unwearable garbage, and then scammed and left empty-handed. I did my due diligence and returned the items, but Lacoste did not return my money. I gave them many chances to undo this theft, fraud, and abuse of a loyal customer. Ok so I placed an order for express 2 day shipping then 24 hours after I received an email stating that the package should arrive on the 5th day which I didnt have a problem with because of the weekend. Alright so the day that the package was suppose to arrive I didnt get an email nor text messages confirming its delivery but when I checked on the website around 7pm that same day it stated that it was delivered but when I check out I wasnt there, so I immediately called customer service to see what happened to my package and theyre tell me that there is nothing they can do at this time and that my package was delivered and I should contact the company that shipped my item because thats their responsibility now. They were giving me a complete run around on the phone and the managers didnt even try to do anything to resolve my issue he only said contact my shipping company and see what happen. This is a big multi million dollar company and all this could have been avoided if they just send out emails or text messages alerting customers that there package has arriveReview from Ciera H

Every time I order from Lacoste official website I always have to wait over 3 weeks before I get my order. Idk why I paid for express shipping .I called them today and spoke to the rudest representative name **** who kept refusing to refund me for express shipping. He kept putting me on hold then had the nerve to tell me Im reading the processing time frame wrong online and all orders can take up to a week to processReview from Eliza R

I placed my order on May 10 on their website. 10 days later, no status change. I read a number of reviews about their incompetence so I contacted them by phone and chat twice to cancel my order. The first said they canceled it. I never got a confirmation of this for my records. So I called them again and asked them to check to see if the cancellation was done. They found my order number but the products associated with it were socks, not shirts. The rep assured me that the cancellation probably went through and the number was re-associated with a different order. Almost a month later, I get a pending charge on my card from Lacoste. I immediately contacted customer support. They said they saw a note about a cancellation and that they would resubmit it just in case. 24 hours later, I get a shipment notice that my purchase which was supposedly cancelled weeks ago. I'm so fed up with this purchase that as soon as it arrives, I'm sending it right back and disputing the charge if I don't see a refund rather immediately. I ordered a shirt. when I received the shirt it was to small. So I returned it the next day with all the tags attached with original packaging. 2 weeks after I received the same shirt back with a handwritten used Lacoste refused to give me a refund . Horrible customer service. Extremely slow shipping. I bought my Christmas gift on the 3rd, they shipped it on the 20th and it will arrive on the 28th. Thanks Lacoste for ruining someones Christmas. Hate this brand.Review from Barbara M

So far today I've spoken with a "***" and a "********". They have to be the two worst support people I've ever dealt with in my entire life. And this is coming from someone that runs ecommerce sites and has support peopleon phone and email. They are useless and their attitude is even worse. I would NEVER return to Lacoste based on dealing with them'.Next, I've waited 8 days for an update on our small order. As someone that deals in ecommerce, I know that's beyond ridiculous for not getting an update or tracking on an order. Then to email (no response to that yet) AND to call 2x and not be able to get any update except for the fact that they are "behind schedule" is not only poor support but poor management. I purchased 2 shirts for my husband since he loves Lacoste. This purchase was done more than 3 weeks ago yet I have no word as to when the package will be shipped. I regret big time buying from Lacoste online. I was planning to give the Lacoste shirts to my husband as one of his Christmas gifts. I spoke to a customer service representative yesterday and he said he has no idea as to when I will get this shipped out now at this point I just want a refund because I dont think the package will even be delivered on time. This is a horrible company to deal with Ill never buy again from Lacoste online. Dont buy from them they will not even help track where your items are!!!Review from J Jacobs

Ordered a sweatshirt on 12/3/2021 and it is now 12/16/2021 and still have not received item..contacted Lacoste via phone and she stated we don't have any other info but its still processing just as nonchalant! Days later sent email in regards to shipping and received email stating they received message and will get back within 48hours. That was 4 days ago! Horrible horrible businessthis is my first purchase online from them and this was not expected!Review from akbar
