    Buyer beware. Tried this company for a Holiday gift and awful return policy during the Holidays. Only receive return from 14 days of delivery so not able to get refund for a holiday gift. How does a company not offer a longer period during Christmas. I was even okay with paying the $12.75 return fee! Will never order again.

    I placed an order on November 30 and it still has not shipped (it is December 29). **************** assured me it was prioritized but it still has not shipped. They claimed that they had too many orders to process, yet they continued to send multiple promotional emails advertising that they could get packages delivered for Christmas, even up to December 16. This seems blatantly misleading and frustrating to customers who were sitting and waiting for *********************** ordered a month ago.

    This is a scam company. i paid a few hundred to get an item never shipped. they gave me DHL slip and they kept me telling it on the way to my home. *** said never received the shipment. after 2 weeks they told me got lost in the mail. They were lying. order 836011.I have to dispute the charges from my AMX card to return the dollar amount. please avoid this company.

    Bought cashmere sweater on no return basis. Sweater is unwearable and defective. with one sleeve set in two inches below the other. No one could wear it. Also sized as large, but is really a small. Nadaam does not respond. Have tried to reach them for two weeks. Why should I have to pay for totally defective item?

    Beautiful cashmere....horrible customer service. I ordered a cashmere hoodie on March 3, 2023. It finally shipped on the 27th. When I opened the package the label on it said it was the hoodie in the right color and size, but it contained a pair of joggers, instead of the hoodie I ordered. I emailed them three times over the course of a week, as well as messaging them on ********* I sent the info, along with photos of what I received. I asked them to send the correct item and to provide info needed to return the joggers. I never heard from them. Apparently customer service is non-existent! I finally disputed the charge today, since they never responded.

    Run, dont walk away from this company! I purchased $200 sweater my daughters birthday. That was on December 1st. Today is January 22. Since her package never arrived and there is no way to get in touch with the company, I reported them to my credit card company which refunded my money. Now they will go after Naadam. I expect that it wont be long before this company is out of business. In the meantime, dont deal with them - you will regret it.

    my order#****** placed on 11/28/2022 still has not shipped. Items were in stock and multiple emails to customer service resulted in NO solutions to the delay, no attempts to expedite the order which is all Christmas gifts, yet I was BILLED IN FULL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY after ordering. I have contacted them 3 times so far with no satisfaction, just an excuse that, "We are not usually like this," not even a hint about my order issue being addressed or, better yet, being soon to ship out. I feel taken advantage of and furious that daily promotional emails from NAADAM continue to boast deep discounts, better sales. and still, as of 12/18/22, "free shipping in time for Christmas!"

    BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You cannot talk with anyone in customer service - all of the numbers that you find online are not working numbers and you can only email for customer service help. If you have any kind of issue with your order, you can forget getting any help from the company. You will just have to end up disputing it on your credit card to get any relief.

    I ordered 2 100% cashmere hoodies. One was almost $200 and the other was 100 more. I wanted to try both and keep one. I returned the more expensive one the same day. It was impossible to find any customer service. I did the payment plan because I didn't want to lay out all that money. So the payment people kept charging me and I finally was able to get a credit but they credited me for the cheaper sweater it took me months to straighten it out. So frustrating. They have pretty expensive garments and they really should provide a little bit of customer service eventually the man on the phone with me asked me for the code on the ********** in my sweater and that is how I proved that I returned the more expensive sweater. Awful I won't be ordering from them again
