Placed my order on Monday, April 22nd.On Monday, April 29th, I reached out check on the shipping, and per their customer rep ******* I would get tracking no later than Tuesday, April 30th.On the morning of Wednesday, May 1st, I received an email that an item in my order was out of stock, and asking me if I wanted a substitution. I told them yes, IF they could get my order out that day, as this order was originally a birthday gift and the birthday has now passed.I reached out via their chat feature, which claims to be open at 9AM. I waited for FOUR hours, and then received an EMAIL not a chat back, insisting they were sorry, and they would throw in some freebies, and would definitely get my order out that day.Here we are, the next day, and I STILL have not received any tracking information or further correspondences.This company seems like a scam. They don't actually have a phone number either anymore, so you cannot even contact them via phone. You just have to hope and pray they get back to you via email EVENTUALLY. At this time i've contacted my bank, and advised them I would be reaching out here, as there is no reason for my order to take this long (5 items, not even a big order) and the fact I've been told for 4 days now that my order will ship by end of day, and it has not.STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I ordered from Reason brand on st ********* day and got my shipment delivered today and it's the 22nd so 5 days ?? I'm so HAPPY THAT I TRUSTED MY GUT and ordered from here my stuff is Excellent quality and I'm so excited to wear it I actually only ordered 4 items just in case it was some scam site But after seeing it is actually an amazing trustworthy brand I ordered the rest of the stuff I wanted today I'm so thankful If you are wanting to shop please do cause I got my stuff in 5 days and I don't play with any fraudulent sites. REASON I APPRECIATE THE QUICK DELIVERY!!! I COULDNT WAIT TO COME post my review.
