Date of transaction: 12/26/22 ordered 2 shirts from the website total was $148.62 I have been calling, sending emails since 1/17/23 regarding a return or exchange for another shirt (one of them does not fit) and no one has responded.Customer response

Order date: 09/07/21 Order#****** $867.36 I never received this order. I contacted customer service and emailed with ***********************. She did not help me at all. I explained what the delivery drivers were doing, leaving packages in the lobby area which is unsecured and public. The office here has told them repeatedly not to leave packages in the lobby. **** would not help me with my issue. She has been sporadic in communicating with me and not listening to the entirety of my emails. Completely unhelpful in helping me, the customer, in navigating me through my missing items. I have been a loyal customer with ********************************************* since **** and never received this type of treatment. I could like my money refunded at this point.Customer response

I purchased three pair of shorts on 8/12 from ****************.... I received the three pair and realized that I needed a smaller size and already owned a pair of the blue shorts, which were very bright, I have attempted to call various customer service, return/exchange phone numbers and emails and all have gone unanswered. When it comes to phone calls, all are sent to a voicemail with no return call. For emails, all are returned "undeliverable"... this is ALL potential email addresses. I attempted to return these items or exchange at a retail location near to my home, but they advised they must be returned through their "online" site. This is impossible, and the company advises free returns and exchanges...hard to do if you can't reach them. Their picking ticket # is *****. HelpCustomer response
