I bought two tickets for an event on Saturday (9/4). Due to Ida and the flooding, the event was changed to Thursday (9/9 - today). I received notice from SOB via email on Friday (9/3) at 11pm. They said if we could no longer go on the new date, to reply to the email for a refund. I was still trying to see if I could go on the new date, so I did not reply until 2 days later (9/5). I received an automatic email saying someone would get back to me. I waited a few days and yesterday I realized that the event was today so I emailed them again and did not receive any response. I am afraid that since the event has passed they will not give me back my money. I did not go. Please help me get my money back. I really did want to go, but they changed the date from a weekend to weekday and that is hard to do when I work full time and am also a student at nights during the week. Thank you.
