On November 18th I went here with my friends (12 of ** total) for karaoke. The business decided to charge us for 15 people and on top of that give themselves a almost $450 tip ON TOP OF 20% GRATUITY. I have emailed them numerous times in order to get this rectified however the last email I got over a week ago was "We apologize for the late response. We will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible. " and I never heard back. The original charge was ******* and on my receipt there is the automatic gratuity of $253.60 and a tip of $294.15. I did not write in any tip on the receipt so there should only be the automatic 20% gratuity. A total excess of $441.15 plus any additional tax I paid was charged erroneously
