      Purchased an espresso maker last year in November through Amazon. The order number for said order is *******************. Espresso maker came with a one year manufacturer warranty. It is under a year and my espresso maker will not work at all. At first it wouldnt turn on or off with only way to turn it off was to unplug now it will not do anything at all. I have tried to contact the company multiple times with no response and no action taken. I would simply like my espresso maker to work.

        No resolution was offered. 

      In response to their reply I had sent 2 emails to the email address that is online as well as tried calling but never got anyone to help me. Amazon said I had to contact you guys directly as it was out of their hands. 
      My machine will not turn off you have to unplug it for it to turn off otherwise it will stay on all day. It also will not work at all at times I have to unplug it wait a couple mins then try again some days I can make a cup some days I cant.

      Product name - 10-PIECE RED ********************* MAKER SET Purchased - 09/09/2022 Cost - $279 Serial # - *************** It stopped working 3 weeks after purchase. It does not power on. I tried their troubleshooting steps but it still doesn't power on. I've reached out to their customer care through their web form and by email a few times. No response. (Nothing in Spam.) The phone number listed to this company goes to a consumer ****** Voice mailbox. I don't know if this company is still in business.I was hoping to exchange it. Now I just want a refund.

      I purchased a 10-PIECE ROSE GOLD ********************* MAKER SET on June 10th 2022 for ******. The Coffee machine started leaking about 3 weeks into ownership then completely stopped working. I sent 6 or 7 emails to the company asking for assistance. Over and Over the company sent emails to fix a brand new coffee machine. When I informed the company I wanted to return the coffee machine the company stopped responding to my emails.

      I bought a espresso machine via Amazon in Dec 2021. The machine worked great for about 6 months then the portafilter would pop off and brewed coffee and hot water would spew all over my counter. If I held the portafilter on with pressure it would not come off. I have contacted Espressoworks and recieved a replacement portafiltet, but the issue did not resolve. I have been in contact with this company via email and Amazon and there has been no response or offer to help further. Amazon stated that since the order is older then 30 days, my only option is to work with the company for a warranty replacement or refund. All I am looking for is ownership, acknowledgement and options to rectify this issue. This machine is not safe to use, especially when children are around. A screenshot of email thread with this company is attached. I can provide screenshots of our conversation via Amazon if needed, along with proof of purchase.

      My complaint is very similar to the other complaint against EspressoWorks on BBB. I purchased an espresso machine and it quit working after a few months of use. I contacted EspressoWorks and they walked me through a bunch of troubleshooting steps, including them sending me items to help fix the issue. Once they realized nothing worked, and I asked for a replacement they GHOSTED me! I've emailed multiple times as well as called and left a voicemail. This company refuses to fulfill their warranty obligations!! It's been weeks now.
