    Jan ****** I bought this coffee maker at ******* as a gift for my daughter. I paid a lot of money for it. My daughter was so excited for this and never thinking it would not work she threw out the box. The coffee maker has never produced a cup of coffee. We both have read the instructions numerous times and still can't make a cup of coffee. I have emailed the "beautiful company" numerous times,have sent videos and still cannot get a refund. I have told them that I will send the coffee maker back to them at my cost but need an address. Can't seem to get a resolution.

    I purchased a Crux air fryer. I reached out to Made By Gather regarding the warranty. I submitted all the necessary information to receive my refund because they could only offer a refund, not a replacement, for the defective air fryer. They made me cut the cord to the air fryer to issue me a check for the refund. However, I had to buy a new air fryer out of pocket, and I still have not received my refund.I gave Made By Gather the correct address, which is *********************************************. In their last email to me, they wrote the address incorrectly. I have not received my check, either because Made By Gather did not send it as they said they would or because they wrote the wrong address and the mail was never delivered to me.Either way, I have not received my refund check for the defective product that Made By Gather said they would issue me and that I am entitled to. I have reached out to them multiple times, but my emails have gone unanswered, and I still have not received the check.

    The drip tray and cooking racks for the ***** Pro 12/6 Quart Air Fryer Model ***** do not clean well either by hand or dishwasher. They have become cacked in grease which is a fire hazed now. The manufacturer has been contacted by email. They state they do not provide product support and do not sell spare parts. They advise to obtain online. I have tried to buy replacement parts online for over 1 year. They company offered an Infrared Toaster Oven Model ***** as a replacement which is a major downgrade. The claim they do not have model ***** available. I declined their offer and asked for Air Fryer Model ***** (the newest model) as replacement. They ignored my request completely and are sending the downgraded item.

    I received an email that says that they do not have the spare parts I am looking for.  It also says that they are sending me a brand new unit. See email below. The email does not specify what model they are sending. Prior emails said they were sending an Infrared Toaster Oven which is a significant downgrade and obviously is not an air fryer.  They also previously said that they did not have model ***** any longer. And they ignored my request for the updated model *****.

    If they will confirm that model ***** is being sent to me I will then consider the matter as resolved.

    Based on the department/brand/division signature and prior emails from the company, it appears that they have sent an Infrared Toaster Oven rather than an Air Fryer as replacement. I had previously advised the company that I rejected their offer of the Infrared Toaster Oven. It is a significant downgrade in size, features and functionality.  Therefore, I do not accept their response.  They are cheating and defrauding me as well as other consumers based on social media posts.

    Bought a defective air fryer from Bella.Set up a return, shipped the item (took forever and multiple contacts to get bella to respond)Their instructions were wildly unclear and had me ship a dirty cooking item internationally. Weird.Took them about 4 weeks to send me me an update after emailing them and they just said "a refund for ***** had been issue, expect it in 4-6 weeks.I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT.if I go buy the exact same model it will end up costing me money out of pocket.That's absolutely not ok. And enfuriating that they just jump to the conclusion they want, instead of providing any actual customer service.Sure it says 2 year warranty, but the stressful and inconsistent repair process makes the whole thing worthless.

    I purchased A crockpot that turned out to be faulty, which I contacted made by gather and was advised to submit information to have the crockpot replaced under warranty. Ive been trying to get this crockpot replaced for almost 2 months now I was advised to cut the crocpot cord and to send a picture and I will receive the unit within 7 to 14 business days. Were now going into almost 3 weeks and I have not received a tracking number nor have I received a replacement unit. Cut cird Email was sent on 8/21/24 with the cut cord I followed up. They said that they will ship it out within 7-14business days. I have not received the replacement This concern/warranty being prolonged and going on and on and on, I would like a tracking number or some type of update the item has been replaced and shipped I gave cut the cord as advised and can no longer use the item. It's only fair to get the replacement unit.

    In Dec 2022 I purchased a Bella Pro Air Fryer. It has a 2 year warrenty. It stopped working and I contacted Made by Gather. I was told to send pics and video and eventually cut the cord and we will send you a replace and it will arrive in 7-14 business days. Today is day 9 and I am told there still is not tracking. I have called the last two days adn requested a supervisor to call me back and was assured both times that someone would call me, I still have not heard from anyone. This is the worst customer service. Everytime I send an email and ask for status they say we will let you know. So please if your responce is going to be contact us at ****** do not waste your time as that is the reponse that everyone gets and still no answers. I would never reccomend anyone to buy any of these products.

    On April 28, 2024 I purchased the ***** Pro Series - 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker from **** ***. The coffee had grinds in it and by mid-May I realized it was because the mesh on the filter was not sealed to the plastic frame. **** ***'s return policy is 15 days, and I was outside of the return period. I contacted the company to start the 2 year warranty process. I provided the photos they requested and my receipt on May 24, 2024. After multiple back and forth emails, the company told me to go to Amazon.com to buy the part. They have not yet responded to me calling them out for not fulfilling their 2 year warranty. I also posted a review on **** ***'s website. There, the company told me they would like to help resolve the problem and to email them. I commented that I already had and they never commented back.

    I purchased a Beautiful by *************************** electric kettle in November of 2022. In June of 2023, the kettle started to heat up on its own without being turned on, then would overheat and short circuit. The unit is under a 2-year warranty, so I contacted the company. I provided video of the malfunction, the serial number, and all other requested information. I was told they did not have the unit in stock for a replacement, and would instead send a check for the retail price of the unit minus tax, meaning I'd be paying out of pocket for a replacement. When I brought that to their attention, they backpedaled and offered the full amount including tax, but wanted me to send proof that I destroyed the unit by cutting the electric cord before they would send a check.I'm very uncomfortable with this warranty process. When I've had to open warranty claims in the past, the company replaced the unit before asking me to destroy or send back the malfunctioning unit. This company is asking me to destroy the unit before receiving anything back, which feels like a scam where I'll end up without a check or replacement. **************** is useless and only offers a call from a supervisor that never comes. I'm not confident I'll receive anything for my legal warranty claim.

    I provided the receipt and serial number information as requested, as well as a video of the malfunctioning unit. Refusing to refund or replace my unit until I provide proof of destroying it is unacceptable. I have no reason to believe I will receive anything from the company.
