      I have built halfway of my DeLorean and they are on bankruptcy. I believe they left lots of people on the same situation as me; with an unfinished products, just collecting dust. They should at least reimburse their costumers or make an arrangement to help the customers to finish their collection.

      Total fraud of a company. They continue to advertise their model collections online yet never fulfill the order. **************** line has been disconnected.

      Id like to give this company 0 stars, but unfortunately cannot. I believe this company is nothing more than a scam and run by employees that truly could care less. I purchased the Aston ****** DB5 kit which is supposed to be 86 monthly issues. Everything went well up to issue 17, when all deliveries stopped. I was told there were supply side issues and that they were working to resolve them. That was 8 months ago and still nothing. I was then charged and received parts for a Ghostbusters kit that I did not order. When I returned the parts, they cancelled my DB5 subscription. When I questioned this , they explained that it was their policy to cancel your subscription if you return a part. The final insult was when I was charged for a DB5 display case that I did not order. Why would this company send me a case for a model that is 10% complete . Eaglemoss is completely incompetent and I would recommend you stay far away from them. Overall, I believe they signed me up for a subscription knowing they only had limited Issues available to dispatch.

      I started the Ecto 1 build-up two years ago. For a long stretch, the orders arrived on time. Then, about a year into the build, there was a 4-month wait for reasons (they gave me a new one each time I called). Then I started getting shipments again for 2-3 months. But my last shipment was in October. I have been waiting seven months now, and every time I call I get the same stories. 'We are currently out of stock of issues *****, or they are moving warehouses. They seem to move warehouses a lot, actually. I've spent hundreds of dollars on my Ecto-1 model so far- from the kits to the custom parts you need to buy if you want the model to look accurate. And it's beyond maddening that they can't keep their stuff in stock. And I wonder if it's just their US customers because Europe seems to be getting their shipments regularly.Do yourself a favor- search **** to see if anyone is selling their kits. You may be able to find a full kit to build yourself. It will be much less hassle then having to deal with Eaglemoss.

      I ordered the *****1 die cast model and randomly stopped receiving parts. I called, and was advised of shipping delays. I waited, and here it has been 6 months, and have not gotten any parts or any emails regarding my account/subscription. From researching online, it seems as though this is common practice with Eaglemoss.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a Loki figurine on April 20, 2022. I received no acknowledgement of the order being received. I contacted the company a few days later to cancel the order and was told it was in the warehouse and could not be cancelled. After many times back and forth with this company, I notified them I wanted the order cancelled and a refund issued. I was again told it could not be done but they would escalate and I would hear something in ***** hours. When I told them that was unacceptable and I was going to file a complaint with the BBB they were magically able to cancel the order and issue a refund.P.S. - I found the same item on ******, ordered it and had it within 48 hours.

      I have signed up for multiple issues for both of my builds every month and every month, something is always out of stock and most times I suspend my account for a month hoping things would get better but they dont. Its bad when you call about your shipments the day before and you are told everything is in stock but less than 12 hours later issues are out of stock. I just wanna get my builds done and get away from Eaglemoss

      I wouldnt gice them one star. Subscribed fir a build up for my son. He recieved 2 sets and then nothing. **************** says the order has been sent to warehouse. Now behind 3 months of shipments we did not receive. Cancel my order today **************** said you are canceled. Very rudely. They cant offer a subscription if they cant even get it nailed out. So im out 100+ dollars fir something that will go in the trash.

      **************** and next level manage are the worse. Canceled order because poor information, but low and behold they still charged my credit card and sent the product.They want me to send it back. I told them to do it. Their mistake, their problem.Dont buy from this company. 1 Star is generous.

      Regarding the **** 1 Build. I got my first two introduction issues, then after that they are out of stock. Had top goto **** to get issue three. Was told issue four was in stock and would be sent out, only to find out weeks later that issue four was in stock, but due to the free Lic Plate gift being out of stock, they could not send it. Calling customer service will get you nowhere. They just cannot deliver on their commitment to fulfill orders. However, they keep selling the subscriptions. You have been warned
