On July 11, 2023 Marvel future flight video game tricked my special needs son into purchasing $730 worth of crystals. They used a pop up window which said BUY NOW. When my son said no, another window popped up saying "YOU MUST BUY NOW! YOU WILL NEVER GET TO BUY AGAIN!". 7 times they did this. ***** refuses to give me back my money. Both Marvel and Apple have used deceptive practices aimed at children.Customer response

I purchased a subscription for a Star Wars comic book series. They have a "policy" about not being able to claim a missing comic until it is 6 weeks past the issue release. For my issue #7,Star Wars High Republic they extended the policy to 10 weeks because there was an issue with shipping. Making their 6 weeks policy absolutely meaningless. Then after 10 weeks my issue had still not arrived. They now are telling me there are no more available so I will not be receiving my issue #7. Their customer service is not helpful at all. They are extending my subscription by 1 issue which means I'll get an issue of some comic that I don't want to "compensate" me for the issue I ordered and paid for. I want the series I ordered and paid for.
