I choose frantic internet services from Nov 11, 2022. And I attached the contract I signed. I paid the bill on Nov 11, Dec 11 2022, Jan 11 2023. I stopped the service on Jan 31, 2022 with written notice and their support team moved out the equipment. So I thought that I can stop the services on Feb 10. Then on Feb 11 2023 I received the invoice from Frantic and they told me that I have to pay an extra month because I didn't give them a month ahead to stop the service. I think it doesn't make any sense for me to pay extra month. And I didn't see any instruction in the contract that I need to send them a month written notice to cancel the services!!! I need a refund of the service fee for Feb 11 to Mar 11.
