I received notice my account was permanently suspended for repeat violations. I contacted their support and all I get is the same message from their techs. I finally receive an email from support to send a pic with that days date and a ticket number to have my account released and to remove photos from my private album that is not of me. They are to NOT have access to peoples private albums and I said I would give a supervisor permission to view them when they call me . I did that and then received another another email I was suspended and another email to send my pic with date and number again and then more emails I am suspended. I have asked multiple times for a supervisor to call me and the TIER 1 techs will just have another tech send the same message that your account is permanently suspended they will NOT have a supervisor call me because I have NOT and NEVER have used someone elses pics. I had already reported to this company and other apps that an ex was putting my personal information online and slandering my name. I sent them proof of the profiles doing it and have asked them dont they think it is an ex making a false report and it needed to be checked. They will not answer any questions nor have a supervisor call me as requested many timesCustomer response

My profile on this company's app Scruff was banned for allegedly violating their terms of service. However, the company refuses to provide any proof of alleged violations. I maintain I did not violate any terms of service whatsoever. Further, when the company took this action against me, I had not even used their service in more than a week. No one will respond to me through their support channels and there appears to be no way to contact a real person. This is a completely bogus and unfounded accusation. I will *** the company for defamation. Through the discovery, the company will be forced to provide proof of the violation they claim I made. Since no violations occurred, I'm confident I'll win the case.Customer response

Paid for subscription to a pro scruff service. The service was no longer offered (features removed for viewed and woofed). Need refund. Im not paying for something that is no longer offered lol. They have literally scammed everyone who payed for this app. Bait and switch perfect example.. they said they offered a service .. then all of a sudden after everyone paid they decided to no longer offer the features. ****** needs to be refunded. Perry Street deleted my Scruff profile citing repeated violations of its guidelines. I read the guidelines. I violated none. Also, I haven't received notice of this before, so the word, "repeated," makes no sense.Customer response
