I had purchased the $49.99 GTA+ Shark Card and never received the funds in game. After waiting a day in case it is just slow to update the in-game wallet I contacted Rockstar Support and followed the instructions to verify account info. The agent after researching on their end decided to add in 1.5 million to my in-game account. However, at the time of writing this review for BBB (a week after the transaction since I had work) I still have yet to get the remaining amount still owed to my in-game wallet that I paid for.Review from James F

Lies to customers in support. I complained and requested they provide solutions for players hacking Red Dead Online to ruin the experience for players who just want to have fun. They responded saying they no longer accept reports against cheaters, to which I argued this proves they don't care and dont deserve future purchases. They responded to this by saying i should report the players for cheating. This company openly lies to customers about how it handles abuse/cheating in their games. Submitted a request to delete my account that was tied to Steam. Got a reply stating to give them screenshots of CD Key, Steam ID64 and everything to confirm my account which I did. Got a reply stating they "couldn't verify" the account and requested a lot of bogus information that 99% of customers would not remember if they're account is several years old. Rockstar then closed the ticket leaving my steam account linked to a ********************** account which I no long want to be associated with anymore.Review from Edward C

This company rejects my "claim" of missing funds when investing in the stock market on GTAV after the gold heist while doing one of the ****** assassination missions. They say that they cannot verify the loss but all the money from the gold heist mission is missing, and it is a well-known glitch. They might as well not call it customer support but rather the propaganda face of the scamming empire known as Rockstar games. What an absolute scam. I have bought every single GTA from the start and several other Rockstar games, but this will never happen again. I cannot tell you what to do but if you do choose to invest in one of their games do so knowing that there is no real support should something go wrong. I for one will be making a hard pass on GTA 5.Review from Chris W

Easily the worst experience I have EVER had with a video game support group. They don't help you AT ALL, constantly ask for information you've already given them, and stop the ticket halfway through when they feel like they can't help you anymore. This company should be sued honestly, they completely rely on people just rebuying the game and starting all the way over just to play their games!Review from Ed M

Theses morons still can't effectively create a law/bounty system. I would be embarrassed to work for them. Red dead redemption 2 law is absurd. The witness system is absurd. Explain how a witness can see a crime in the middle of a dark ******* (night time) and know it's a ************************* who's doing the crime......Review from Owen P

Worst customer service ever! I thought this company was a reputable one. I ordered shirts from their store and never received them. They did create a label for the order but nothing was ever shipped. Ive been back and forth with customer service for over a week. At one point they offered a refund and then suddenly mentioned my item was on its way. It still shows it never shipped and when I have asked for a return they wont agree to it. Out $100 and I wont deal with them again.
