I have been using a free account and they stopped allowing me to add passwords a long time ago, which was ok. But I still have always had access to the passwords I previously put in. Today I went to look up a password and all of them were locked! I can no longer see my passwords to anything. Apparently the only way to be able to regain access to my passwords is to pay $60 for a membership. I cannot find any way to contact this company other than through a bot on their website. This is a horrible way to force people to pay for your app. I want access to my information back.Review from David L

I have been a long term customer using ******************** - one of the password managers available on the market. The system is reasonable regarding functionality but when a situation arises that requires technical support (often) there is only one way to contact someone from either customer service or technical support. Recently (over the past two weeks ) the system crashes very frequently and consistently. In these instances there is nothing that a user can do that requires ********************. This difficult situation is made worse by the fact that there is no support for this product. I encourage anyone that is considering the use of a password manager to highly consider the alternative. systems that are available and ensure that they have a human to contact for customer support. I am thinking seriously about discontinuing my use of Dashlane even though that will require a lot of work.Review from Patricia W

This company has the worst customer service ever. I got locked out of my account and I could not get anyone to speak to me on the phone. There are far better password managers out there. ******** is a waste of time and money and you will lose all your passwords. Dont use it!Review from cathy c

i emailed dashlane *** on 2-12-21 #******* & 3-1-2022 #*******. i tried to cancel/do not renew my subscription. obviously did not work.dashlane charged my credit card before my renewal date 50 cents. why? i have no it background, not on social media etc... dashlane dont make your customers jump hops to cancel subscription or get help to use your product/service. this is common sense & do the right thing. make sure when getting a service that they have a live customer service/tech support with hours of operations & 800 phone number. dashlane get your act together.Review from Dave S

I never contracted with dashlane --they just appeared on my computer 3 weeks ago. They have access to my online trading and banking accounts. I have complained on 4 occasions. I have been told on 3 occasions that they have been deleted from my account.--I don't have an account with them. I have asked on 4 occasions to be contacted by phone to no avail. Looking at their reviews, I find it hard to believe they have an A+ rating. Their actions are fraudulent..
