      I took out a loan from Kashable over a year ago and everything was going well, until I was recenlty activated in the Military to serve our Country. I submitted all the proper documentations over to Kashable and they in return told me they are working on it. Fast forward, two months later, I am still paying the same interest, same payment and they have not honored the **** Law. I called recenlty and they stated that they did lower the interest rate, which on my online portal nothing has changed. My online portal doesnt reflect what Kashable is telling me.

      I have a loan currently with Kashable. They offered me a chance to refinance and unfortunately I really could use the money. So I started filling out the refinance information. Over and Over again, the site wasnt taking anything. It would tell me all was good, the 2 minutes later I would get emails from Kashable stating something else was wrong, and I would fix this. This went on for about 4 hours late Thursday 3/10 into the morning hours of Friday. I was finally done!I woke up Friday morning to see another email from Kashable stating the bank I chose was different from loan, I had to let them know which bank I wanted. I told them, then I got a message stating I had to start ALL over! I called them, and the call system disconnected me 2 times before I could get through. Finally an employee tells me that Yes, even though they updated the banking issue, I have to start over. I asked her how would it be different this time? How was this going to NOT result in me doing this all over again? She said it was fixed on their end, they just need me to take the 5 minutes to re apply, and she would transfer all the supporting documentation I had already submitted so I wouldnt have to do it again. She did not. I resubmitted all the documents I did the first time, then after I had the site saying I was completed, I got an email saying my ID would not work for proof of address. They needed a utility ****. I sent them a water ****, and had to start the application over AGAIN! I completed it, then got another email that said I needed to use my auto registration. I submitted it, then did Application AGAIN! The whole time I am doing this I am begging them to help me get through this! I had redone the application at this point approximately 8 times, clearly it wasnt working! They all responded it wasnt their policy to help, and report my issue was solved, but it wasnt. I did it again and put my ID BACK in, but now they need SS card, which I didnt need for first loan. HELP!!!
