I placed an order and it took forever to receive it and then I wasn't happy with the color or coverage, so I wanted to exchange it I sat on the phone for hours they have a phone number, but no one answers the phone it's just this horrible music. I would not buy a thing from Elizabeth Arden again and unfortunately I like some of their products. But there's other companies that have better serviceElizabeth Arden Co. Response

Placed an order in Feb. Received two boxes with label saying carton 1 of 3 and 2 of 3, apparently, 3 of 3 is missing. The delivery tracking showed a photo with two boxes delivered. After more than one month emails with customer service, they told me today "According to the Warehouse, the package included the gifts. These gifts are already out of stock, and we cannot replace them." It happened the gifts with purchase were all in the 3rd box which is never delivered.Elizabeth Arden Co. Response

I placed an order on 01.26.2024 and the order delivered today, 02.02.2024. I purchased three products which are as follows: (1) ceramide micro capsule skin replenishing essence (2) advanced ceramide capsules daily youth restoring serum (3) advanced ceramide lift and firm day cream spf 15. I decided to age the products based on their manufacturing code. (1) Essence was manufactured July 5th, 2022 (1 year and 7 months old). (2) Capsules were manufactured March 24th, 2023 (10 months and 10 days old). (3) Cream was manufactured August 22nd, 2023 (5 months and 12 days old). I believe the only product not expired or close to the deadline of expiration would be the cream. The essence has a 12 month shelf life so this product is far gone. Additionally, based on Elizabeth Arden FAQ on their website, the capsules have a 7 month storage life and even if it were 12 months, I would have less than 2 months left to utilize 3 months worth of capsules (I purchased 90 capsules), and the cream seems to be expiring in **** so I guess we can thank god for that. I took pictures and screenshots of both the manufacturing dates and products associated. Im disappointed that this was my first purchase where I had dished out a hefty amount on skincare. This product/brand isnt cheap. I read multiple reviews where the customer service is horrid and I quite frankly dont want to bother wasting my time going back and forth with someone who wont either give me a refund for the product or send me a newly manufactured product as it should have been in the first place, especially for the price. I have also left a review on their website. If someone can help me and resolve this matter for me, let me know.Review from Jamie P

I placed a order with elizabeth arden for black Friday using the promo code theyve provided, i received a order confirmation email. but then they canceled my order without informing me. And when i called to understand the issue, they told me that they have the right to cancel any order, and when I asked should I just always expect you to cancel my order every time? The customer service agent said yes. My order is still not fulfilled. Horrible business practice and will never order from them again.Elizabeth Arden Co. Response

Returned an item 3 months ago, kept following up with customers chat for more than 20 times/hours, wasted more than 20 hours, always promised that I'll be refunded in 2 weeks but never any update and progress. The customer service is just A WASTE OF TIME. I kept checking every other week, talked to more than 10 different agents, and still no progress. This is a company doesn't put customer first but internal procedure/policy first for only around $100 refund. Unbelievable and beyond absurd. Will never use the company's products again. Revlon is a worldwide cosmetics, skin care, fragrance, and personal care products company. The Company’s vision is to deliver the promise of beauty through creating and developing the most consumer preferred brands. One of the brands within the prestige beauty channel is Elizabeth Arden. Customers are able to purchase Elizabeth Arden products a variety of ways including on the Elizabeth Arden website * **********************. We reached out to the consumer regarding the review she submitted on March 7th, 2022 and apologized for her experience and the delay in receiving her refund from the Elizabeth Arden E-Commerce Team. The consumer confirmed that she received her refund but stated it took almost three months of following up with customer service agents and countless chats. She felt that being a loyal consumer, she had wasted about twenty hours of valuable time. Elizabeth Arden wants the customer to be satisfied and have a positive experience when placing orders on its website. We offered the consumer a complimentary gift bag of Revlon cosmetics but she preferred Elizabeth Arden products so we arranged for her to select two products and will have them shipped out of distribution center. The consumer accepted our offer, we placed the order, and notified the consumer that she should receive within 3 weeks. The consumer is satisfied with the resolution.
