  I created order by accident. After ordered it, I realized my akin condition which produce larger scar tissue than normal. I canceled it within 10 second. No response. Tried to contact customer service, I couldn't find anything in their website nothing!!! So I emailed again no response. I kept getting emails saying shipped or delivery date. I finally received it. Package was so horrible. Looks like they wrapped the dead animal with paper and scotch tapes. I think this company is scam. Please read the review here before you buy it. One star is too many for them.

  I bought this product with high hopes because of good reviews, and really the 90 day warranty. When the product did not work, I sent pictures, and asked for my money back they first denied it without even seeing my application and basically they make it impossible to get your money back if it doesnt work. Wish Id known this before buying. Its deceiving and a lie that you can get your money if it doesnt work. I did many treatments and no results. Read the warranty carefully and do not rely on it because it basically tells you you only have a few weeks to claim and you have to do about 5 treatments in the correct timeframe otherwise good luck. Worst non caring customer service ever! It does not work for everybody!

  I have used the Dermaval many times and with overwhelming success in every instance. My Brother-in-law was so impressed that he uses it and loves the results!

  Chose one star because zero stars was not an option. I tried to use this product multiple times on sunspots on my legs. My pen turned on but the treatments were painful and ineffective. The spots I treated are ************ darker than before. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE 90-DAY RETURN POLICY. It requires multiple, repetitive treatment attempts on the same area documented by before-and-after DATE-STAMPED photos (which may require the downloading of a special photo app on your phone).

  I gave them all the information I need so I can get a refund and I still have not gotten a response at all. They have responded to when I have a question about a skin concern but besides that not much. I even screenshot the refund process and show my treatments before and after which nothing change at all.

  Do not trust this company. I ordered a plasma pen from Dermavel that would not charge and therefore never turned on. I contacted Dermavel to request a return be started and was given a run around. They kept requesting videos, of the device not working, which I provided.My requests for a return label were ignored.They still have my money and I have a useless device.A very unscrupulous company.

  Ugh why didnt I see these reviews first. Mine shows it powered on, but it wont do anything. I tried contacting and no response. Guess Ill just have to go through my bank for a refund. Please dont purchase.

  Placed an order for plasma pen and e book. Received pen but couldnt download e book. When trying to download book revived a message saying link expired. I was to be able to download twice. Contacted support and they resent link but it didnt work.Contacted support again and they said I have downloaded it twice. Every time I tried to download it took away a download. Paid ***** for the book and cant download it.

  Received but doesn't turn on. Attempted repeatedly to charge it - which showed it was charging, but still dead as a doornail. Also purchased their upsell needles. No good to me either. I contacted them through their customer service email contact and have heard nothing. Crickets, I am a busy business owner and I can't keep trying to chase them down or jump through hoops to get a new replacement or my money refunded. They need to step up and resolve the issue.

  The instruction manual tells you how to turn it on and which needle to use for what but does not actually explain what you should do. There are no pictures, examples, or even links to aid you so that you don't hurt yourself. The website does not include videos or explanations either. Honestly, the whole thing is starting to look like a scam now that I have the item and have tried it. Even the quality is low, made of cheap flimsy plastic and ridiculously fat. If you have small hands, good luck! Even at full charge the pen barely works, sometimes zapping sometimes not. Customer service only responded by sending me other people's reviews that say the product is great. They did not actually solve any of the problems (they did not even give any directions on how I should use it in order to remove a wart like I initially asked them!).It always frustrating dealing with a company home based outside the US because they don't have the same standards as the US.
