I received an email that you delivered my package at 7:10 AM via ****************. This did not happen. You did not deliver my package. My ******************* # is ************** Where is my order? ****** ****** has no idea and says you need to assist me.Customer response

09/28/2022 - ************ is a 3rd party carrier for ****** ******, I cannot tell you how frustrated I am and disappointed I am to have only a third package in the past two months to have come up missing and claims to be delivered by your services to my home! Ive been with ****** ****** for years now and Ive never had this issue up until they decided to outsource your company as a delivery service. ************ claims to have delivered my packages at 7:30 PM on Sundays and after 9:30 PM and supposedly on weekday nights, this is the most craziest thing that Ive ever dealt with!Initial Complaint

We ordered a fridge and Need It Now was a courier/ shipper hired by another shipper to finish the delivery. They have taken possession of our fridge and have not delivered it. Attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. They have a voicemail that says to check tracking on a website that is not in operation. Our fridge was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago.Customer response

The company reached out and delivered the fridge after we told them we would be filing a complaint.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

I placed an order with ****** for three items on November 2, 2021, two of the three have been delivered. The third item was shipped through ****** using need it now delivers. The package was picked up by the company on November 3, 2021, and has yet to move from the facility that is not even 4 hours away from where I live. I have attempted to contact the company through phone with no response, and I have sent an email with nothing in return. At this point their lack of communication has lead me to believe they have stolen or miss placed my order. I would also like to place a formal report against ******. I have contacted the company twice within the past 5 days and both times they informed the package had shipped and directed me to the stated company for shipping. Both companies have failed to complete my order and have me running circles trying to resolve the issue. Order number for ****** is #********* Need it now #*******Initial Complaint

I ordered a vanity from Lowes on 9/26 scheduled for delivery on 10/6. I called Need It Now on 10/5 for a delivery date Need It Now said the package had not been received. I called Lowes on 10/5 to let them know Need It Now never received the package. Lowes confirmed Need It Now received the order on 9/26 and picked up the order on 9/28. Lowes reached out to Need It Now on my behalf. I was told ****** in Ohio, would call me by 6:00 pm on 10/11. I never received a call and reached out to Lowes again on 10/12 I was told I would receive a call by the end of the day. I did not receive a call. It is over a week past my delivery date and I have no communication about a possible delivery date. On 10/13 I contacted Need It Now, let them know ****** never contacted me, this message was forwarded to management where ****** lied and said we had already spoken on the phone and she had attempted to email me. This company has been horrendous to deal with. Its over a week past delivery.
