NEVER AGAIN! THAT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED.. ZERO STARS SHOUD BE AN OPTION! THEY TOOK $700 PLUS, AND PLAYED AROUND! CONSTANTLY RESCHEDULING APPOINTS, NEVER COMMUNICATING WITHE REGARDS TO COMPLETING THE PROCESS, DENIED THE REFUND AND NOW DENIED ACCES TO THE ***** FOR MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE PORTAL..THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD! WHO CARES ABOUT BLACK OWNED BUSINESS ETC ETC.. GO GET YOUR TAXES DONE WITH "WHOEVER IS HONEST" I LOVE MY PEOPLE BUT THEY GONE LET YOU DOWN EVERY CHANCE YOU GIVE THEM.. B.A IS A NO GO

It's disheartening for me to express my dissatisfaction with Brooks Alliance after being a client for two years. Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to new business owners seeking tax assistance due to their glaring lack of professionalism and communication.The communication from this company is shockingly poor. Consultation calls are consistently delayed and lack substance, leaving clients feeling underwhelmed and uninformed. Strategic planning is virtually nonexistent, with no effort made to ensure clients understand their taxes, spending throughout the year, or how to optimize returns.While I've read reviews praising the team's efforts to educate clients on financial matters and provide valuable resources, I personally haven't experienced anything close to that level of service. Despite my initial enthusiasm for supporting a Black woman-owned business, I feel let down by the team under Ms. ********** leadership. Important details like missing information in tax filings and how to properly complete organizers were never communicated to me.Brooks Alliance fails to deliver on essential tax services like planning, projections, and adequate preparation. Instead, they seem more concerned with boasting about their client numbers and busy schedules, losing sight of their clients' needs in the process.

I highly recommend working with Brooks Alliance. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are also very personable. They realize how important and how sensitive the issue of taxes (and the **** can be. So they really make you feel comfortable during the onboarding process AND they don't rush their clients during the appointments. They truly want to help people. I've been working with them for two tax seasons so far and I refer others to them whenever I can. 5 Stars all the way!

They not only teach you the different strategies so you can do your taxes yourself and apply the tax codes they teach, but they also give you the opportunity to hire them to file your personal and business taxes for you, giving the peace of mind that you are saving the most money for yourself and your business. They set up onboarding calls, and they are actually prompt in the appointment time, and they are very professional. They answer any questions you may have and explain everything thoroughly. I definitely recommend Brooks Alliance to any company trying to save money with taxes, and I will be a returning client.
