The unscrupulous and fraudulent National Debt Relief is refusing to return my money of over $1800 back to me after I opted out their program on April 3, 2024. Every time I called to find out about my money these thieves would tell me a different story and a bunch of lies. I was told my money would get to me via check within 7-10 business days but that was a lie. I was told my money would get to me in 7-14 business days this was a lie. I was told my money would get to me in 7-15 business days that too was a lie. I was told my money would get to me in 2-3 business days because they claimed to have asked the bank to place a stop on the check then reissue it and to also expedite it since I had asked for the reissued check to be expedited. This was another big and disgusting lie because now Im being told my check should get to me within 7-14 calendar days. Are you kidding me?! By now it should be very clear that this unscrupulous, fraudulent, incompetent and unprofessional company is trying their hardest to steal my hard earned money but it wont happen because if I dont get a desired outcome from the BBB I will be taking the National Debt Relief to small claims court. I already won 2 out of 2 small claim lawsuits all on my own and I promise this will be my third if I do not get my money back from the National Debt Relief fraudsters in a timely fashion. This is not a legal action threat this is a promise. I have to work too hard for my money, when the National Debt Relief Scammers are in bed sleeping I have to be up busting my behind so if the National Debt Relief Scammers think my hard earned money will go into their pockets theyre making the saddest mistake! I had never had to wait this long to get a check delivered to my address and my address is 100% accurate because I went over it with them several times so this is how I know something fishy is going on with my money at the unscrupulous, fraudulent, incompetent and unprofessional National Debt Relief agency.
