I applied for a black credit card account. I paid the application fee, and I found out after the fact that it was not a black credit card account I was applying for it was just black card benefits of which the eligible services are not items or services I use, visit or consume, in addition which do not apply to any of my credit cards. I request to have this thing canceled/reimbursed but no one will help me. I called the numbers on their accounts and their numbers do not exist or are not in service.Business response

Hi,
We very explicitly highlight that our membership is not a credit card in all marketing, on our website, and in our FAQs. Thats said, as you can see by how infrequently we receive complaints, we understand how that confusion may occur and ***** a flexible refund policy.
******* chatted with our staff and his membership fee was refunded in full approximately 7 weeks ago. We would be happy to supply conversation transcripts and a copy of the confirmed refund from our processor as both are readily available.
We apologize to ******* for any inconvenience this confusion caused and are happy to be of any further assistance if we can.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We were glad to see that it was already remedied by our team.
We will also ensure that all of our contact information is up to date in all places but we believe this is currently the case.
