      This company is very unprofessional and is scamming people. I deposited money on my portfolio once I started. I was trying to withdraw from my portfolio recently and I kept receiving an error when I was trying to withdrawal. I went through the protocol and I was explained that I was a security hold and that it had to be removed in order to proceed. It has been 3 months and no one has attempted to resolve my issue. I would like a full refund of my portfolio and to cease all business dealings with this company.

      Gemini is plagued with poor management and poor customer service. Thousands of customers lost considerable amount of money in their "earn program". They have no phone number to call customer support, you're only option is to email them. I travel internationally for work and I have been prevented access to my account now for almost a month because my IP address is overseas rather than in *****************. They required me to send them photographs of myself holding up my identification. And when that was not enough for some reason they required me to send in a bank statement with my current address. Please keep in mind that I have not changed either my email address or my phone number used during my original registration for account set up. The only issue that they could tell me is that I logged in from outside *****************. It's outrageous how poorly they treat customers. Not only do they lose people money with their schemes, but they are unable to even allow them account access and timely resolution of support requests.

      Gemini froze my account and after 6 straight weeks of contacting them back and forth through numerous multiple emails and provided them everything single documents they requested for including selfies, driver license holding my ticket number and getting the same responses! (Gemini: Just confirming that your message has been received and will be handled as soon as possible. Once we have an update, we'll be sure to get back to you promptly. Thank you for your patience! Onward and Upward,Gemini Customer S.upport).Please help me! My original Ticket ID: ******* (Ive no more patience left to wait so yesterday Ive decided to submit another requested with another Ticket ID: ********. Please help! I have cryptos and positions that needed to be executed! Theres no phone number to call them whatsoever. Yesterday Ive received an email from Gemini asking for my proof source of wealth and pay check stubs or taxes documents because they are wondering where I got the money to deposit into my Geminis account!!!??? I have already submitted and provided them those documents the same day as well and still havent got a response back yet. This is ridiculous! Is it that important to know where I got the money from to invest!!?? Obviously I did NOT rob a bank NOR steal from anyone! Its my hard earned money so please give it back!!! All I get is emails telling me to wait with no acceptable reasons? Ive been waiting for 6 weeks already! How much longer do you want me to wait!? *** recently spoke with a representative from DFSNY and she told me to go ahead and file a complaint against Gemini so here I am starting to file complaints.

      I opened my acct on a Friday, and by the following Friday I got an email that I had to close me account within 5 days. No reason, no explanation. I had 5 days to withdraw the $963 that was in it in bitcoins. And then they kept $5. What is that all about. Don't use this service. They will steal your money and leave you frustrated.

      I am having the same problem with this terrible company. Holding my funds hostage with no real reason. Freezing my account for weeks and refusing to get back to my numerous emails (because you can't call anyone!). If you are going to have an email only way of communicating at least be efficient at it!       All the numerous complaints echo my own experiences with Gemini abruptly freezing my account and not answering inquiries in a timely manner. They are dealing with people's hard-earned money and seem to act carelessly and possibly fraudulently.In reference to my ticket "Ticket ID: *******":My account was frozen due to a password issue to which I resolved approx. 7 days later by following Gemini's steps to recover my account. When I logged into my account I found that my Solana position had been sold on a date that I am always at work and then rebought with USDC into an Ethereum position. I immediately contacted Gemini as this is highly unlikely an outsider who had hacked my account as it was FROZEN in the weeks leading up to this. This leads me to believe that Gemini itself is the culprit, either mistakenly or intentional. Regardless, they have sent one email in 3 days and I'm getting no responses to my questions and concerns. So, I am now having to escalate this matter in light of the mounting evidence that Gemini is negligent and careless with CUSTOMERS MONEY!My ETH (***) position is still sitting in my account frozen. I want my account unlocked so I can transfer MY CRYPTO out of GEMINI. I do not TRUST this company.

      I put a few hundred dollars into Gemini a few years back and made some small purchases using their exchange and then let it sit dormant for a long time having forgotten about it and when I finally remembered it wouldn't you know it I couldn't remember my password and I think what happened was in me trying to recover I forgotten password locked my account and it was impossible to get into for me. When I tried to contact Gemini about it at first they responded fast and when I gave all the information they requested for verification of my ID they did not respond after that for a very long time and I had sent them many requests asking for updates or if they were anything else they needed but I stayed persistent and did not lose my cool and talk down to them or anything and lo and behold they did get back to me and unlocked my account! I had completely lost any trust I had for them in just a short few weeks of waiting but as I said they fixed everything and I had access to my stuff again.!!! I think what might be happening is that they are becoming very busy more than they may be able to handle in any respectable amount of time. As such many people lose their cool very fast when it comes to their money not being accessible so perhaps the people who are belligerent when contacting them are put on the back burner can't blame them for that. And you can't blame people for being frustrated when their money is not accessible. All I can say is I will use Gemini some more and overall I am satisfied with their app and would recommend it to anybody who has patience when dealing with a company starting up

      My 2 bitcoin and 2 bitcoin cash was stolen from me and Gemini took no accountability or provided little to no help in process of recovering funds. Terrible! Would not recommend, please look for safer ways to keep your bitcoin. Do not trust Gemini.

      I did not even begin to invest when I read a Propublica article about **************, and felt that I was falling into this scam. So I tried to get my money back. No help from Gemini after numerous attempts. I called my credit union to retract my wire transfer. They went to ********** where the wire transfer was deposited for Gemini. ***** sent three requests (so far) to Gemini for a debit authorization, and ***** has not received any response. I thought this was legitimate because the app is available in ****** Play Store. No one should trust Gemini.
