Does not send me verification code on my phone. I can't transfer my free **** that they gave me for signing up to my checking account because even when I was able to log in and receive verification codes it wouldn't let me link my checking account.Review from Marc C

They fraudulently stated they were fdic insured and now I was notified that no one has access to their funds. ***************** and I have all had our accounts frozen with 6 figures in this institution. Go online if you had the same issue and file a complaint with fines and the sec. They must be obligated to pay account holders.Review from Jeanne F

Tried to withdrawl my own USD money. Previously, you could withdrawl 25K per day, now they claim a company defaulted on a loan and we can only withdrawl 10K of our own money per day. Now 4 days later they suspended all withdrawls, transfers, etc. I can't take out any of my own money with thousands left in there with NO information. This isn't crypto, this is MY USD money.... regular currency! They have no right to place a COMPLETE NO withdrawl, NO transfer restriction on our money!Review from ANDRE S

My phone was hacked. The scammer opened accounts on four crypto sites with my personal information. Three of the sites immediately deleted the account and my personal info. Voyager claimed they closed the account but said they could not lawfully delete it for five years! Thats ridiculous. After that they did not answer any of my questions. I dont know if theres money in the account or if transactions occurred or what information the scammer gave to them. They lied about closing the account because they have sent me three emails calling me a Voyager and trying to get me to upgrade the account. It would be simple for them to delete the account but they wont do it. Scammers must love their platform because they do nothing to protect the public. They are dishonest and complicit with rampant fraud in the crypto business.Review from LEV A.

Tried to transfer crypto out of Voyager account.The transfer was on hold for more than 24 hours.Filed Support Ticket ****** and no response.No customer support.No availability of the funds.Please beware of this company.Don't hold crypto here if you need it.Review from Brett P

My account was hacked. All of my assets were sold without my authorization or approval and my funds were transferred to an unauthorized account. I notified Voyager about it AS IT WAS HAPPENING and nothing was done about it. They could've cancelled the sell or at least the transfer to a fake account that wasn't verified. Instead, they basically told me oh well. Not our problem. ***** to be you. Customer service is an automated bot with a generic response saying they don't care about their customers or protecting their funds.Review from Joslyn M

The worst customer service ever because it doesnt seem to exist. Im missing $100 from a crypto sale I made. It was sold at a specific amount, no fees, no holds and yet my account balance is $100 short, which its been for several weeks now because nobody is responding to the numerous tickets Ive opened. This is an awful business to deal with if this is how they handle requests or maybe theyre thrives since the money is missing and they arent replying to any of my help requests.Review from Rolando Q

I went to my mobile website and I couldn't go through until I click on their voyager debit **********. All of a sudden I was preregistered to get the card even though I didn't want it.What is that about.? I am sorry that I even use voyager as platform to purchasing crypto. This company is scary. I am trying to log in into my account since I have not log in in 3 months. First, it did not accepted my password. I know my password is 100% correct since I have written in my log book. Then I ask to reset my password. They send me the link. When I reset my password they ask for the verification code which they never send me. I have been trying to log in since last 2 days and the answer I get from their support is there is a bug we try to fix it. I know this is not right and now they are not even answering it. It looks like since have a cash amount in their wallet so either they want to take all the money and not let me in.
