            A ******* plus member I ordered a three-piece pajama set for $30. When my product did not come I reached out via email as a requirement of the ******* website. I reached out to ******* directly where I was refunded. Because it had been over 2 to 3 weeks since my order was made I believe it was March 28th and my email had not been responded to I finally got a nasty email from the company telling me that me requesting a refund was not their problem. I literally screenshoted the email because I was in shock that a member from this company would even be speaking to a customer this way. Not frustrated about not getting my product I completely understand things happen not even frustrated that after almost a month I still have no product and now I have to go through 5 to 7 business days for a refund. But to be told by a member my refund was not their problem literally the email was three words long" Not my problem ". You're absolutely right it is not your problem and I don't have to give you my business !
