I signed up and paid for Matchmaking service $265 + $25 for matchmaking services on may 2020th.In my understanding I will get introduce and match with gentleman for serious relationship. I got short interview with two women by Skype and several ladies who were mathmakerss clients after I submitted payment on May 2020th. Since that time I wasnt introduce to any gentleman and didnt have any dates through this agency.I contacted several times *** ****** through email and call, sent my updated pictures, asked if she had any dates for me, any potential candidate she can introduce me, but she always had the same respond that she will contact me if has anybody for me to introduce. I would like to canceled my membership and kindly request my money back to my credit card but she refuse it and said that I dont understand the process of her matchmaking service. At this point I simply believe its scam and kindly asking for refund.Business response
