My name is ************************* and on November 7, 2019 I went to the Century First offices in *****, ******************************* was the person in charge of my debt consolidation which consisted of 3 credit cards and a personal loan.He calculated how much I should pay per month for 36 months; I agreed to make the contract with them and started making monthly payments of $334.02.Between my credit cards ***** of America, ****, *************** and my personal loan with ************ my debt reached $17,944 and with the consolidation that I accepted that debt was lowered to $12,024 that according to the gentleman this value was going to cover all my debts and after 3 years I was going to be debt free and without any credit report. In June 2021 ************** sent me to court for the debt of $3.632; I called many times to the phone number that appears on the Century First web page and they never answered, I called my bank to cancel the automatic payment to this contract and ********************************** contacted me calling me and letting me know that I had not received the payment for that month; I informed her what had happened and she told me that she was going to review my case, after about a week she called me back informing me that there were two options to cancel the debt of the ************** card. The first was to pay the entire debt in one payment (which I did not have the money) and the second was to make 12 monthly payments to the creditor but I would have 4 additional payments added to the 36 payments already approved in the contract. After 36 months and $11,356.68 that I paid, this Century First company only paid the **** bill for $1,037.32 and since December 6, 2022 I am still waiting for an answer as to where my money is or why they have not made any payment on my debts as recorded in the contract.I just want my debts to be paid and removed from my credit report.

Regarding her complaint, we do not have the ability to take the reports off her credit report. That is not something debt settlement companies are able to do. Regarding her issue with the Discover card, the agreement she signed with the company does stipulate that the 36 month program is an estimated length and may take longer than that or more payments for it. Regarding the status of her accounts, she can always call ************** to get an updated status on her accounts.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

the collection company contacted me in March making me the promise that in the following two months they were going to pay my debts, when ******* contacted me on my phone we agreed that I was going to give them two months for them to fulfill their promises.

The two months have passed, only the ************** credit card has been paid. Again, I have tried to communicate with this company through e-mails and calls but no one responds. Now, the personal loan I have with ************ is in collection for $12,000.

I opened a Debt Resolution Agreement with Century First Credit Solutions on 11/25/2019 for a total of 10 accounts that would get paid off - I have been making monthly payments of $304.52 in which they would distribute that amount and begin to pay off the accounts I wanted paid off well this has not been the case as my employer was visited by the Sheriff and my wages are now being garnished for one of the accounts (target) that this company Credit Solutions should have been paying since 2019. Not only are my wages being garnished the amount I owe has now increased from $1385 to over $2039.81. Not only that but I have also been contacted by a ****************** by the name of Portfolio Recoveries in which 3 different accounts ******* ********* ***************) have also not been getting which are also included in the contract with Credit Solutions. I am now making 1 additional monthly payment for every single collection on top of the $304.52 monthly payment made to Credit Solution for them to be paying off these debts in which they have not been. I visited the office in *********** ** to complain and bring the summons but they are no longer at this location I have attempted to call every single day and I am only prompted to leave a Voice Mail and which I have but nobody has bothered to call me back since my wages were garnished in January. I am being charged for a service that is not being fulfilled by the company. Where are they sending my money? I want a full reimbursement as clearly my accounts are not getting paid, I want to get contacted by Credit Solutions for an explanation or resultion on this matter and I want all the accounts paid off as I have never failed to make a single payment since 2019.

They are collecting $323.65 dollars monthly to take care of our credit cards, I have been trying to get in touch with them for the past four months and I get no response from them, they were supposed to send me a report of which accounts had been paid with the money they had been collecting and I havent received anything from them. Weve tried contacting them multiple times throughout the months and even drove down to the city to get answers and we got nothing. The office was completely empty and we even saw other customers theres trying to get answers as well. In the beginning, we spoke to a representative weekly, but havent heard from her in months as well. Her name is *********************** and her office # is ***********************. And her cell phone # is ************. After the last attempt to see them and get answers for not receiving and information and still taking money from our account monthly, we stopped paying them, however, they still attempt to take the payment, so this puts us in confusion as to why would they continue to take payment if they do not provide the information on what was paid off/needs to be paid off/ left to be paid off. If they stopped paying off the credit cards, we would like a refund of everything that hasnt been handled for the past few months as well as in depth detail on whats left. We just want to make sure that were paying off our debts and that theyre doing the job they stated they would do to ensure that without us losing money or being scammed.

For more than two years I was paying them $ 245 each month to pay the money I owed on various credit cards. I completed almost a year ago the mintk that we had agreed and they have only paid one of the pending accounts that I also had to give more money because according to them it was not enough with the amount we had agreed, I often wrote to them because they never answered the phone and I asked them about the other bills, they told me that they could not be paid because the creditor was asking for more money and the amount they asked me added to what I have paid them is still much more than what I owe the creditor, so I asked them to get my money back so I can negotiate directly with the creditor and to date they have not responded at all

I am a customer of ******************** since 2018. This firm stated they can help me consolidate my debt of $5000, among 3 different providers. I was told the process would take 18 monhts. Now, two years later, I don't see an agreement they made with one provider, Credit Prestige therefore no work has been done to address this debt, further hurting my credit. What I am most disappointed about is that First Credit Solutions has not answered my calls and I have no other way of getting them to address this matter than by filing this complaint.

I have been a client of Century First Credit Solutions and started the debt settlement program around April 2018 and ended around May 2019. In the process of rebuilding the credit and get the assistance of *************************************, and I had a meeting May 2021 with a Financial Coach ***************, she confirmed that my credit report reflects unpaid collections and charge-offs accounts that to my knowledge were included in the agreement and paid. I called several times to the exhaustion during the last months without success to get a clarification on the accounts in question, my financial coach also, contacted them in conference call in June 1st, 2021 and we attempt to call all the extentions available and couldn't be connected with a representative, we left a message and I still havent heard back from them. My financial coach prepare a letters that were sent to ************************* Vice President and ***************************** **************** certified mail attached the receipts.

In response to her complaint, the customer service team of *******************************************
********************************************* have maintained communication with ****************** in which weve updated her
on each account and the requirements to settle each. Due to her ***** account going into a
legal status, she was obligated to pay more than estimated and we have notified ****************** on
the status and settlement requirements on multiple occasions in which she declined each offer
given along with the terms and conditions. Only until the account entered a second stage
garnishment, ****************** then decided to accept an agreement with the firm which was way
more than the amount that was given to her prior. Weve also mentioned to the client that along
with this settlement amount, it will also require an extension into the program as we will not
have sufficient funds to settle the other accounts. ****************** did not give us the clearance in
extending the program on multiple occasions in which we could not pursue other settlements for
her. We also mentioned to her any and all extensions will not go to Century First Credit
Solutions. The funds are simply to pay out settlements to graduate her from the program. We
never got the opportunity to set the extension up for her, as we needed her consent on which date
she wishes to begin this extension. ****************** has paid her program with us, we have settled 2
accounts and have offers on the remaining 3 accounts. ****************** has paid her fees to the
company as stated on her contractual agreement with Century First Credit Solutions. This
agreement also states that all settlements are an estimated amount. It  also shows how our fees are
      broken down.
