Churchill consolidated my credit cards and we had a bunch. Yes it took longer than expected but I am super great full for all there help in getting them paid off. **************** was good, if I had questions they always answered them within a day or so and when one card wanted to *** they took over and handled everything for us.

Worst experience ever STAY AWAY!! They said it would be 48 months to eliminate amounts owed. Its been over 5 years going into 6 years now and not done yet they said mid ****! They never communicate with the customer for nothing!!! I have spend more money this way than what was owed on accounts. Terrible company

I signed up with Churchill in February of 2020 & have been paying $260 a month. I've paid over $9,000 & still not done as I was basically told in the beginning. I was told the maximum would 48 months. It's 3 years now & it looks like there are still 2 more credit cards to be dealt with & no one ever contacts to let me know what is going on. I'm sorry I've spent this kind of money, which I don't really have to spare as I'm 75 years old & on social security. I've tried to contact someone to find out if ***** & ******* were going to just write off their amounts as it isn't that much. I've been having more health issues & it's getting harder & harder for me to keep this going. I don't understand why someone doesn't contact these two creditors & let them know I'm a senior citizen & truly on a fixed income with health issues to see if they would write those off. At least then, the one being worked on now would be done by January 2024. The way things are going, I could be dead before this is taken care of. I don't feel Churchill is giving the attorney a chance to really work on these last two to help me. It just seems like the company just wants my money. I'm frustrated & very, very upset. I'm trying to find a cheaper apartment to live in with extra services as I'm starting to need more help at this point in my life. If this is how Churchill treats all their clients, I certainly would never recommend the company. I would tell them to stay away. I feel like I'm just a number, not a person & no one seems to care. My feeling is wait until you're my age & see how it feels to be neglected. Right now I'm just writing this review but the next step is a complaint to the Business Bureau. I'm so angry with Churchill - never been treated with such disrespect. I want someone to keep in touch with me & also to work out something with the last two creditors immediately.
