As many others have noted, **** produces an exceptional product. For this reason, I signed up for their automatic refill program, using my ****** account. The amount for my first refill was debited July 12 of 2023 and the amount of my second refill was debited October 12th of 2023. Neither shipment was made. I contacted Myro by email and they did not respond. I have stopped any further debits through ******. However, I am still out $75.00 for product that was paid for and never received. If it happens once, I can understand and forgive. When it happens twice, it amounts to gross mismanagement or worse yet, fraudulent business practice. After much searching, I have found some worthy replacements for the Myro products. However, I am still waiting for the $75.00 I paid for products I never received.Customer Answer

I ordered 4 deodorants from Myro on 8/13 and was charged $60 the next day. The product was never sent. I have sent 3 emails to the company address ********************************* and have not had any reply. I have asked for a refund.Something is seriously wrong with this company. In the best case, the business practices are corrupted and in the worst case, the company has gone out of business and keeps taking money.Customer Answer

I placed an order on their website July 9, 2024 and received a receipt via email. My card was charged. I have ordered from them in the past (as they have great deodorant) and orders generally come pretty quickly. I didn't receive a response and nothing in my spam folder. Sent another email a few week's later and still no reply. I believe I sent two more emails and then searched extensively for a phone number online - no phone number to be found. Finally, here we are at August 23 and still nothing so reluctantly, I filed a disputed the charge with my credit card company. I love their products, but nothing was ever shipped or delivered. I tried several times to contact them with no response at all. I am disappointed, again because they have great products that work.Customer Answer

After I submitted a chargeback with my credit card company, Myro send me a "Canceled Order" email. No personal correspondence regarding why the order was not shipped but I am thankful that my money was returned. I am still disappointed because I really love their products, but thankful they returned my money.

Ive ordered from Myro twice this year and got confirmation emails but no product ever delivered. Both were paid for and not received. I contacted customer service and got zero response about both.Customer Answer

I purchased 2 MYRO deodorant refills and 2 MYRO deodorant cases on 5/16/2024. The online order and transaction went across seamlessly and there was no indication that MYRO is having trouble. After 1 week with no package arriving, I started to look in to where the delivery of my order was. I found no update and just thought I had to wait a little more. After another week i started looking more seriously for a contact or phone number to call. There is no phone number to be found. I sent an update request via email in beginning of June and a refund request via a few more emails in June and July. Still no answer or update - just radio silence. I see other complaints filed against MYRO for orders processed and money taken with no product delivered. It is now August and I still have no update and no delivery. I need a refund. I think MYRO should shut down their website and stop taking money from people if they do not intend to deliver their products.Initial Complaint

I ordered a refill deodorant on June 20, 2024. I received an email stating Myro was 'packing up' my order and would soon let me know the tracking number. I have not received any other communication from them, nor have I received my order!!! It's now July 30, 2024. I have sent 8 emails to their 'help' email address and never get a response. It would seem that Myro has gone out of business, although their website does not indicate any problem at all. I have an an automatic order with the company for a number of years and never had a problem. But recently, when trying to find a current order, I was unable to contact them - they were unresponsive to email and phone. Then, on June 30, 2024, out of the blue, I got an email about my upcoming shipment. Then on July 1, confirmation of payment, through ******* in the amount of *****. And then nothing since. I've had a Myro subscription for a couple of years now, and recently they've stopped operating without explanation. It started a few months ago, when they emailed me that a card I had on file was no longer able to be used and I needed to update it. When I tried to log in to do that, there was no option in my account to change it. I reached out to the email on the website for help at least three times over the course of a few weeks, and I didn't receive a response. I also got an email during that time that they were sending my next shipment, but the address they were sending it to was wrong. I emailed them about that too -- no response. Then, I got an email saying that they made some errors on certain orders, and were going to refund us the money for it and cancel those orders. That was all fine, but I still wanted my deoderant. So I went back into the account, thinking that by then maybe something had changed and the account errors were fixed, but every time I went to log in, it would just take me back to the home page (without having logged me in) or to the log in screen. I reset my password 3 times to no avail, it would not let me in. I emailed about that. Searched everywhere for a phone number, went on social media trying to get their attention -- nothing. Then, when I ran out of what I had, I went back to see if anything had been fixed, and suddenly I could get into my account. I was relieved because I really do like their deoderant, so I placed an order thinking everything was fine. And then my order never got updated and subsequently never showed up. I went into my account to check, and it just said that my account had an error. I went back on social media to see what could be done, and that's when I found that pretty much everyone was having this issue. I can't get into my account to remove my card or my address and make sure it's not being charged in the future, and will also be contacting my bank about this. Please help.Customer Answer

On November 30, 2023 I received an email from Myro confirming my refill order, and December 1, 2023 I was charged $40.75 for an automatic subscription refill for body wash (three tubes of a concentrated formula). The order number is #******, I've attached the confirmation email as well as a cropped image of the charge on my debit card statement. I never received this refill nor did I ever receive tracking information. I am also completely unable to login to my account to delete it or disconnect my debit card. When I open the link the email me to login, my browser cannot open it because it cannot establish a secure connection.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for deodorant stick refills on 2/19. The order is still being processed on the day of filing this complaint (5/8). I have emailed them twice about the status of the order at this point and still haven't heard from them. What could be done about this business?
