      They started a 4th of july sale yesterday 7/1 which stated it runs till the 7th. I went to purchase a ring on sale and the sale was gone. The Macys agent claimed the item was never on sale even though I took a screenshot of it at 10pm last night. I noticed the other items I was watching increased in the sales price. Will never shop at Macys again.

      If I could give ****** furniture no stars I would. I bought a lether reclinning sofa with *** ports. I bought the insurance they claimed covers everything from frame, mechanical, saging.... 3 yrs into having my sofa, the *** ports take 4 to 7 hrs to charge a phone and the middle seat of the sofa has a big indent. The insurance from the store and the extended insurance are giving me the run around and claiming the damages are not covered.. ****** lied about these insurances completely cover anything wrong with the sofa. The no worries insurance, which is the extended insurance is a fraud. Buyers beware!

      i made an order online and it was shipped when received there was an item missing. i called and spoke with rep who reshipped the item but sent it to my old address which i dont know how that happened because i erased and entered my new address on my account through the app. anyway the missing item was shipped to my old address i called and rep advised nothing can be done must wait for item to be delivered then call back. i called back this morning per ************** cannot get a refund or the item reshipped to correct address. so i asked who i can speak with never heard of something like that he said no one. no one can help me so i lost out on the item i ordered and my money they refuse to give a refund. There is proof i did not receive the item and proof it was delivered to incorrect address. i guess i was supposed to drive to my old address and sit on the porch and wait for the package.

      I purchased a mattress on 5/6/24 at ********************* at 12:50 pm. Husband and I decided we wanted an extra firm mattress, so we cancelled the order the first order and paid for a firm mattress at 3:12 pm on the same day. We have been unable to get a refund of ******* from the first mattress. MADE 3 VISTS TO store and several calls to customer service with success. Fed up . Will have to hire an attorney.

      I was discriminated at this location by 3 Mac employees. I stood there & watched 2 of the employees ask the white customer if they needed any assistance, when they said no the walked right past me like I was invisible & ignored me for very long time. The entire interaction is on ************ stamped. I usually never file complaints but I will not allow another black person to feel the way those employees made me feel today.

      Ive read reviews where people say if they could they would leave less than 1 star but I dont think I would ever use it but here? Ugh, not only was the wine awful-I didnt even want to try it but after calling to ask ***** & asking them to pick up the wine & refund me I was told I first had to try 3 bottles! I tried 2 (I just couldnt try another) 1 was drinkable, the other was awful. Bottom line? It took hr arguing with rep to finally get my $ back. Terrible experience!

      Today, I received star rewards coupons in the mail. They are to be redeemed when making a purchase using the ****** credit card. So, I went to the *************** in *********, **, today and purchased sunglasses from ******. The cashier did not apply any rewards to my purchase, so I asked him about it. He said he was not aware of any rewards to redeem to my account for purchases, so I was charged full price for the sunglasses ($202.99 sub total). When I got home, I called customer service, and the rep I spoke with said there was nothing she could do. I asked her what the point of receiving star rewards coupons in the mail if I was not able to use them and she had no answer. I then asked her if she could apply the credit to my account, and she said no, that they were unable to do that. So I then asked to speak to her supervisor, and she said, "What do you want to speak to my supervisor for?" I told her because she was unauthorized to help me any further, I wanted to speak to someone above her. She replied by saying there was nothing a supervisor could do for me either. I asked her if she was refusing my request to speak to a supervisor, and she said no, but that all the supervisors were really busy. She told me she would put me on hold and find a supervisor for me to talk to. I was on hold for 16 minutes, and then guess what....I was disconnected. This is the worst service I have ever received from ****** or from any big corporation and I cannot believe they treat their customers like this. I am going to return the sunglasses and close out my account because this is ridiculous!!!
