      Purchased a "**Shirt" from Alexander McQueen online. The **shirt i purchased arrived and it was to small, it was SO small i didn't even bother trying it on, i could tell it was not a XXL. I filled out their online form to return it, they sent me a label, i packed it up, tags still on it, and sent it back. 2 months later i get my original shirt i had sent to them back with no explanation. I emailed them with photos of what i received back and got a email from someone at Alexander McQueen saying this:Dear *****,Thank you for your interest in Alexander McQueen. We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your purchase.Following the receipt of your returned order ****************, unfortunately, we cannot process your requested return for the following item: McQueen Graffiti **Shirt Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, including among other requirements, that items are returned in their original condition. Because we did not receive this item in the condition in which it was sent to you, we are not able to proceed with a refund and have returned your merchandise to you. We do apologize for any disappointment this may cause and thank you for your understanding. For any questions, please refer to our Return Policy online or contact our ************************* at the telephone number listed below.***************** Alexander McQueen ************** *************** They also sent a picture which i have attached as the reason for the declined return, it looks like sweat or something around the collar, i never wore this shirt ever! Maybe they mixed my order up with someone else's! I would not waste my time if i was at fault!I returned this shirt with all receipts, tags and it was never worn. For a **shirt this pricey i would have expected better service. Absolutely avoid this company like the plauge. I am also filing a chargeback complaint with my credit card company. Will never do business with them again, ever!

      Upon reviewing further, the reason why the item was return back to you was because it did not pass our quality check. As noted in our Return Policy, all items must be in unused and in sellable condition. When we received your item back, the collar area were dirty and stain on it. Due to this, the return was rejected and item was sent back to you.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I never wore this shirt, EVER!  It was TOO SMALL for me, when i took it out of the box it was very easy to see it was too small.  How does one even get a collar dirty and the rest of the shirt is fine?  I didnt spend $400 on a tshirt to play these games.  I will never order anything from your company again, absolute scam of the century, ridiculous and waste of my time, i hope others see this and think twice before ordering from your website as customer service is a complete ZERO!

      I purchased Alexander McQueen sneakers on December 5, 2021, and wore them for the first time on September 4, 2022. While wearing these shoes, the lower part of my leg, just above my feet were injured. The tongue of the shoes are defected. They are very long and firm. Due to the design, they dig into my legs, causing permanent scarring. I notified the company and they suggested I wear socks with the sneakers.

      October 21 2022,$840 The package was delievered fully sealed and unopened by ****** However, the contents were not inside the package. Despite my explanation, the company told me that they contacted ***** and they were told the package was delivered so no refund will be issued. They told me their warehouse placed the items into the package. I asked them to share the proof that the items were placed into the package but they stopped replying to my emails.I would apprecitae if you could direct me in the right direction to resolve this issue.Thanks,*****
