I received a damaged box that had nothing inside the box. I spent $540.38 and received an empty box! For over a month, I have been calling Kenzo they have never picked up the phone or returned my phone calls, even though they state Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5pm they are open for calls. I have sent many emails to KENZO, asking for updates, and they always had a generic response saying they are waiting on details from a *** investigation. Today (43 days today after emailing the company), they told me *** could not contact me and that their company can not solve my problem of not receiving items I purchased. I have sent them an email at least once a week and Kenzo has NEVER updated me at all for over a month. I have been extremely reachable and continue asking for updates. I even called *** and *** said Kenzo needs to handle this situation. The whole situation is a very bad run-around. I should not be responsible for KENZO sending me an EMPTY BOX! Also, the company should have told me *** needs to investigate the box, however, they told me this 43 days after filing a complaint with the company. I do not understand how they think I will keep a damaged box for over 43 days! I have attached photos of the box I received from the company Order ******** ******************
