            I purchased the yearly membership on 7/22/23 as a gift to my husband. Every month I had to email inquiring about my shipments. I received my first bottle in August. They stopped sending bottles and responding to my emails in February. They also never sent the high end bottles they advertised. I sent emails in March, April and May to inquire about my remaining shipments, with no response. They only sent me 7 out of the 12 bottles. There is not a number to call to speak with someone and now their website is shut down. Please help in a resolution as I am owed a refund.

            I ordered a gift subscription to the bourbon of the month club on 4/21/24 and the recipient never received anything as of 5/28/24 so I emailed their customer support and they informed me that they were discontinuing their bourbon of the month club and would refund my money. However, their website still offers the bourbon of the month club. They indicated they would give me a refund for what I had paid in 5 to 10 days, however, it should not have been up to me to contact them for a refund if they had already canceled the program, nor should they still show the club available on their website. Extremely poor customer service.

            Your purchase was made during a transitional period for our Bourbon of the *********** Unfortunately, this change was not reflected on our website promptly enough. We have since rectified this issue by removing the subscription option from our site and beginning the process of cancelling our outstanding memberships.

            We value your feedback and will use it to enhance our services and prevent similar issues in the future. If theres anything else we can do to make this right or if you have any further questions, please dont hesitate to contact us.
