BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS DIET PLAN. This is an expensive diet plan but does not offer any more services than most free diet plans. I purchased the plan in 2023 and used it for about a month and realized I had made a terrible mistake -- horrible recipes and very obvious diet suggestions and phony support.I accessed my account and found the page that had the information to cancel my subscription, which I did, but received no confirmation of cancellation. There is no way to contact them by phone. One year later, they charged my credit card $199.99. I accessed my account and found THERE WAS NO WAY FOR SUBSCRIBERS TO REMOVE THEIR PAYMENT INFORMATION, which explains why there was no confirmation on my cancellation--this way they can keep charging my credit card and I have no way of proving my cancellation. I went through the cancellation process again after their most recent charge, and still no confirmation of cancellation. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will probably get the charge reversed, but I was informed that I could still be charged next year for a subscription because there is no way to remove my credit card information from their site. If I cancel my current card, they will still be able to charge my new credit card (with the same credit card company) based on all the information they have collected from **** expect something reliable and trustworthy from any MAYO CLINIC affiliated plan. But I am hoping this review will help others to find a different diet plan. Mayo Clinic is one of the most expensive healthcare facilities in the US. I can only imagine the thousands of extra dollars they are collecting with this sub-par sham of a diet plan.
