Today I had a horrible interaction with a member of your staff. I will begin by telling you the background story. About two months ago I was dining inside the restaurant. I was out of town and had to take a phone call, as many patrons were doing. The atmosphere was very with many patrons having a good time laughing and chatting. The phone call lasted less than 30 seconds ( if needed I can show you the call log or you can pull video) and I was approached by the host telling me very loudly as if I was a child that I had to hang up. I was on the phone with family as I was out of town and they were concerned about my whereabouts. There was absolutely no need to do this as I was not loud, it was less and 30 seconds, no one complained, patrons were loud enjoying them selves and other patrons were on the phone as well. This ruined the entire dining experience and I felt singled out because I was a woman dining alone. It made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to leave but unfortunately I had already ordered. The following day this still bothered me and I called speaking to the manager, she said she would refund me. After two months I noticed I still had not received a refund. I phoned again last week, I was told I would get a call back. Again, I never got a call back therefore I phoned today to get this reconciled. When I called today the manager yelled at me saying that I don't deserve a refund and she hung up on me. This is not something I entertain when as a consumer / patron I am spending hard earned money at an establishment to enjoy a dinner. I expect to be treated with respect and dignity when dining out, unfortunately this is not what happened both when I visited the restaurant and when I called in today. I would like a phone call from you directly as in my opinion the manager herself had no interest to resolve this matter. This feed back is important so that appropriate training is conducted for other patrons to not have this experience again.
