Today I came in with my service dog and my child to purchase essentials . As soon as I got inside the security started screaming at me that no dogs were allowed as well as another man . I did have all of the service paper work and they didnt even give me a chance to provide the paper work or show them the bottom of her harness which does have a tag that shows shes a service tag and allows me some privacy as well It was very humiliating and I cant believe I was discriminated against this way . They could have simply asked me if it was a service dog and I would have been glad to provide paperwork which. I always keep on me but instead they just started screaming . Not to mention they then have a large sign on the door saying emotional dogs are not a service dog and although my dog isnt I took that to be very discriminatory because how do you as a business decide what is considered a support animal and not ? For these low priced items you sure have alot of nerve to impose such gross rules . I will be reporting this higher up as a discriminatory business

At about 5pm I walked into a Lot-Less closeouts on ************************************************************. I have never ever had an experience like this before in any other store. As I was leaving the store at around 5:48pm the person at door told me to come back in the store because the door was ringing I can hear that absolutely nothing in their store was ringing. I came back into the store and showed him the bag with the items I have purchased from their lot-less store location. Then another man came from behind me and started to open up my other bag without my consent. To me this was a complete invasion of my privacy and I would like to receive an apology.Review from Juan A

Do not buy any battery-operated toy from Lot Less at **************************************************************. They simply will not work. My young daughter comes here with her grandma to shop. They spend a lot of money on toys that do not work. She just opened two Surprise LOL toys that are battery-operated. They do not work. The toys are not cheap. I could not simply return the toys. She opened them with a friend: one for her and one for the friend. It's not fun to see two kids get disappointed. They had earned their surprise toys. She told me: Next time, just drive the both of us to ******. I was super excited when this shop opened in Astoria. However, it has been one disappointment after the next. Please stock the shelves with toys that actually work. Maybe the store can date the arrival time of the toy and how long it has been sitting on a shelf with a dead battery. This is a warning for all customers: If the toy already has an installed battery, it will not work. I agree with my daughter; save your money and order the toy from ******. I was excited to shop and support a local store but big box stores have better service and better return value. You can simply call ****** and they will issue you a refund over the phone.
