We leased a commercial dish machine for our event venue. This has been the worst vendor experience we have had in 25 years of business. They started off by charging us for product we never received or ordered. The corporate office couldn't pull up our payment history and the local sales rep made false promises. When their tech came to remove the machine, he broke our plumbing waste line on purpose. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! Other restaurants in our area have had very similar experiences.Review from Tom F

ECOLAB/PROGUARD, a business who was unwilling to address the **** charge that appeared on our bill February 2023 5 months after a devastating Cat 5 hurricane **** I made numerous phone calls to the number on the bill and wanted to talk to someone who would explain this charge and why we were being charge this fee. The contract was over 5 years old and signed by a deceased member of our club. We are a local Veterans of ************************* on an island in ******* and I would have never signed or agreed to such a predatory contract. The lack of concern about rectifying this issue and the lack of return calls and concern to enter to a new contract caused us to ask fro them to remove their dish machine and seek service elsewhere.The total lack of respect for a volunteer group of veterans and the excessive fees only indicates the true nature of this company and their business model, that preys on small businesses.Review from Maurizio C

My restaurante ***** ****** from Miami signed a rental agreement that say “Ecolab will perform periodic routine service checks of the equipment” and never came for the last year. The supervisor of maintenance “**** called me after several times i tried to contact him and was very rude hanging me the phone telling me is my fault to not contact them before. Also they make you signed an agreement that make you buy the products to them 150usd per month and you not order them they charge you a supose “shortfall amount” that is 160usd! More than if you buy the products and this is not specified in the rental agreement. Nobody called again to resolve this problem. Our restaurant is on *** ** **** ******** ****** *******. ***** ******.
