      I called in to have a non invasive paternity test done with accurate dna we took the test and the results they gave us where not the paternal father after taking two more test with two different companies both results proved to me that accurate dna gave us false results. They said they would give me a full $900 refund for the cost of the test after we showed them new findings and the still to this day have not issued me a refund. Please help me

      In December of 2021 I got a prenatal DNA test done with this company. After having suspicions the results were wrong I got another dna test done after the baby was born, BOTH TESTS WERE WRONG. I got yet another test done with Accurate Dna with another man in which the company stated he was also the father. How does my baby have 2 fathers. And this company REFUSES to give me a refund !!! It is now October 2022 and I have yet to receive any type of compensation. This whole ordeal has been very draining considering a just had a baby and have been out of over $1200. Something needs to be done

      I sent in samples and paid the money and I never received results I keep calling but they haven't given me my results yet and no refund either

      I used this company because I was unsure of who the father of my child was. I was 10 weeks pregnant when I did the *** test and I tested one potential father. One father was a ********* male and the other was ******* ********. We sent in the *** for the ********* male and they confirmed that there was a ******% chance he was the father. Fast forward to the birth, the baby is clearly bi-racial and a repeat test through lab Corp confirmed that Accurate DNAs results were invalid. I have called for a refund and they will not return my calls. I submitted everything they asked for and still not refund. This company is a complete scam and I doubt they even have a laboratory where they run tests.

      I paid in full for dna services 4/13/2022, was told that my results will be mailed to me. It is 5/6/2022. I have no results and all I get is the run around that they was mailed out 4/22. I have not received no paper work or anything.

      In May of 2021 I had a paternity non-invasive DNA test done and they advised me of who the father of my child is and once the child was born we took another test and it conflicted with that so I contacted them and they said they were returning my money $700 because they destroyed my samples that was August of 2021 and since then they have lied to me and pretended that they had a tracking number for my refund and that I was definitely getting it and every time I call it's a different story and I never get anyone to follow through. They hardly ever answer the phone and the times I've actually spoken to someone they even try to make me feel bad about doubting their integrity as a company. I don't know what else to do so I'm hoping the BBB can help with this
